Kevin Groschke

Kevin Groschke is the Director of Corporate Development for TransTex Treating, a leading provider of natural gas treating and processing equipment and services headquartered in Houston, Texas. Kevin's experience in the energy space began in 2007 with a focus on natural gas treating, processing, and fabrication. Kevin joined TransTex Treating in June of 2020 having most recently served as Senior Manager of Business Development of Treating at CDM Resource Management (now USA Compression). At USAC, Kevin was responsible for sourcing/coordinating all fuel gas conditioning needs companywide while also executing various projects which utilized amine treating, dehydration, NGL/Condensate stabilization, and gas coolers. Prior to his time at USAC, Kevin held various sales positions with Kinder Morgan Treating, and Spitzer Industries. Kevin is a Graduate of Texas A&M University (College Station) with a bachelor's in Industrial Distribution. Kevin is a result focused sales professional who applies all efforts towards finding the best possible solution for his clients. Kevin participates in many great causes and charities within his community including; Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo (Horsepitality Committeeman) St. Jude, Friends for Wishes, Make a Wish, Boys and Girls Country, Tomball and Montgomery FFA, and Bo's Place.

Richie Lietzau

Mr. Lietzau is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a BS in Chemical Engineering and minors in Chemistry and Business. After graduation, Mr. Lietzau worked as a Project Engineer at CariSal, LLC working towards building a chemical facility in Point Lisas, Trinidad. While working at CariSal, Mr. Lietzau contributed to various successes including completing the company's Environmental Impact Assessment, design optimization, and initial procurement efforts. Mr. Lietzau followed a variation of the project to Trinidad Development Company where he worked with Mitsubishi Gas Company to facilitate the initial design framework of a Dimethyl Ether and Methanol plant in La Brea, Trinidad. Mr. Lietzau joined TransTex Treating in 2011 as a Process and Project Engineer. Since joining TransTex Treating, Mr. Lietzau has led efforts optimizing processes, updating plant designs to increase ease of operation, designing modular Amine Plants, and installing Amine Plants. Mr. Lietzau is a member of the Gas Processors Association (GPA) and the American Institute of Chemical Engineers (AIChE). He is working towards becoming a Professional Engineer (PE).

Robert Shimek

Robert Shimek is the vice president of operations for TransTex Treating. He brings 34 years of experience in many areas of the gas industry. His responsibilities include the start-up, operation, maintenance and budgeting of TransTex's ever expanding fleet of amine plants, JT plants, dehydrators, generators, and all other associated equipment. Before coming to TransTex, Mr. Shimek was an area operations manager for Enterprise Products and El Paso Field Services; responsible for overseeing the operation, training, maintenance, and safety of many treating plants, processing plants, pipelines, and compressor stations located throughout the state of Texas. He has experience in gas and liquid measurement and has been the administrator of company policies and procedures. He was responsible for enforcing all safety and compliance policies, as well as participated in process safety management meetings. Mr. Shimek has been on several company committees in his 20 years of management, working to resolve issues and building policies. Mr. Shimek began his career with BWT-Moore as an amine plant treating operator and has risen steadily in his responsibilities throughout the years. Mr. Shimek holds an Associate's Degree in Business Management. This level of detailed knowledge ensures his tremendous ability to fully comprehend the intricacies of managing a successful operation from start to finish.

Stephen Morgan - CEO, President

Stephen Morgan is the President and Chief Executive Officer of TransTex Treating. Previously he served as Senior Vice President in charge of managing all commercial and operational aspects of the business, and Vice President of Business Development in which he directed the business development and marketing efforts prior to the acquisition by Eureka Midstream. Stephen has been a member of the TransTex team since 2010. Stephen is affiliated with many social and civic organizations, which include serving as President of Young Professionals in Energy (YPE) in Houston, and chairing annual events benefiting St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, The Center, and Big Brothers Big Sisters (BBBS). He also volunteers as a Big Brother through BBBS and as a Vice Chairman for HLSR Rodeo Express. Stephen is also a graduate of the Center for Houston's Future Business/Civic Leadership Forum. For his service to the community and industry, Stephen has been honored with the Future Industry Leader Award at the Texas Oil & Gas Awards, named as one of Houston's Top 30 Under 30 by Young Texans Against Cancer, received Honorable Mention by the Houston Business Journal as one of Houston's Top 40 Under 40, and was recognized by BBBS as a Big Believer of the Year Award recipient. Stephen holds a BBA in Management from Sam Houston State University.

Susan S. Hinton - Secretary

Susan S. Hinton is the Controller & Corporate Secretary for TransTex Treating a Houston, Texas based company that provides equipment and services for treating natural gas. Susan joined TransTex in 2018 as the Sr. Accounting Manager and in 2020 took on the role of Controller. When private investors acquired TransTex, Susan was a part of the transition team and was instrumental in the planning and development of the accounting system that is currently used. Susan graduated from Texas Tech University with a BBA in Management and then went on to get a Master's in Accounting and Financial Management from DeVry University. Having served the construction industry for over 30 years with a concentration in the electrical services, Susan was the accountant for a leading commercial/industrial contractor in the Houston area. During that tenure, Susan was the accountant for some well-known Houston projects including the Astrodome remodel, the Houston Museum of Natural Science, Harris County Courthouse, several projects in the Houston Medical Center and both Hobby and Intercontinental airports. At that company, Susan rose to the level of Secretary/Treasurer of the corporation. The other experience that helped prepare Susan for the role at TransTex was General and Operational Accounting Manager for G2X Energy, Inc., a company that produces methanol for commercial use.

Zach Grichor

Zach Grichor is Director of Business Development of TransTex Treating, managing all aspects of the business unit including sales and commercial development. Grichor's background includes over 10 years of oil and gas experience with a focus on the upstream and midstream sector of the energy industry. Grichor joined the TransTex Treating team in 2017 as Business Development Manager. Since joining the team, Grichor is a major contributor to TransTex growth and has assisted in expanding TransTex's market share and footprint throughout the US market. In 2020, Grichor was promoted to the Director of Business Development. Previously, he was a key contributor of the business development team with Blue Spark Energy, where he was responsible for the sales, marketing, and commercial development for the US Region. He carries extensive business development and leadership experience along with a broad technical O&G background in both drilling fluids, chemicals, production optimization technologies, and gas treating/processing equipment. Zach is a graduate of the University of South Alabama. He is currently active within the O&G industry with GPA, DUG, Society of Petroleum Engineers, and Young Professionals of Energy.
