Tzaneng Treated Timbers is based in Tzaneen, Limpopo Province, South Africa. The Du Plessis family started commercial timber treatment in 1992 and established Tzaneng Treated Timbers in 2001. With over 21 year's experience in the forestry and timber industry, they are one of the leaders in the Southern Africa utility pole market. The company is currently headed by Riaan du Plessis, who is also an active member of the South African Utility Pole Association's Technical Committee and other working groups... Tzaneng supplies creosote-treated wooden poles both locally and abroad. We have shown consistent growth since 2001. In the foreign markets, we serve customers in Botswana, Namibia, Mozambique, Zambia, Malawi, Lesotho, Swaziland, Tanzania, Angola and Kenya.
