Maria has worked in all areas of construction including civil engineering within a high-end construction company and architects and in conveyancing for solicitors. All this experience within multi-fields is what makes her so efficient and knowledgeable.
Without Maria Urban would not run as smoothly as it does, she is the main person who keeps all the cogs running smoothly, from putting site documents together, to coordinating everyone involved including clients, centre management, architects and labour.
When Maria finds the time to relax, she enjoys a Gin and Tonic and going up to White Hart Lane to watch Tottenham (Definitely some tension in the office on Derby days)
Mark started in the industry as a painter and decorator progressing to Site Supervisor before starting Urban in 2013. Mark holds the gold CSCS card and regularly takes health & safety courses to keep up to date with the latest regulations. He has recently completed his SMSTS (Site Manager Safety Training Scheme).
Mark is a hands-on Director and can often be found on-site lending a hand or going out to get materials for the guys.
In his free time, Mark enjoys watching Formula One and cheering on Arsenal. (that is when he's not completing his to-do list set by Maria)
Zoe now works part-time for Urban dealing with all of our marketing needs. Before joining Zoe worked for a local courier company helping organise deliveries and general support to the whole team, before moving to a corporate recruitment company based in London.
Zoe manages all our social media channels as well as any other marketing needs such as coordinating magazine articles.
Zoe also an avid Tottenham supporter enjoys her free time by drinking cocktails with friends and spending quality time with family.
