Jonelle primarily supports our Managing Director with overall business support. Her role is multi-functional meaning she can be drawing up contracts for landlords, supporting the wider team with client enquiries whilst also ensuring our teams are meeting targets.
She started her property career working for Foxtons as a Viewing Co-ordinator dealing with both sales and lettings.

Natasha is responsible for our entire accounts function. Her primary role is to ensure our landlords are paid on time and our property portfolio is profitable. She is a university graduate who worked her way through the ranks of retail head offices. She comes from a merchandising background and enjoys analysing numbers.
Nathan Eriemo - Founder, Managing Director

Nathan started the company from the ground up in December 2016. His mission was to be able to provide landlords with a stress-free service whilst increasing the income generated on their assets. He was able to grow the business to over 150 managements by going above and beyond for landlords in under 2 and a half years.
He is certified in Insurance Broking and Mortgage Advice. He started his career working for NatWest Bank as a Savings Specialist. At 21, he became the youngest Branch Manager at Swinton Insurance. He then went on to work in the property sector managing a portfolio in excess of £100m.
Our managing director, Nathan Eriemo is self-motivated, customer-driven & proactive. He started his career in financial services working in banking and insurance. He worked his way up to becoming the youngest Branch Manager at one of the UK's top insurance brokers. He then went on to work in the property sector where he procured properties for local authorities and managed a portfolio of over 900 properties.
Over 15 years experience with a specialism in Landlord & Tenant and Property Law.
