Bill has worked in the Construction Industry for over 30 years, has vast experience of all site work particularly
Formwork, Steelfixing, Occupational Work Supervision and Plant. He has been an NVQ Assessor for 15 years and formed part of the CITB product development group for the Steelfixing NVQ EWPA. Bill has worked on the Queen Elizabeth 2 Crossing and Stansted Airport Terminal where he was the Steelfixing Supervisor for the both of these projects. Bill is a CPCS tester with 8 years' experience. Bill gained his training experience working for a major London-based college as well as private providers delivering NVQs and as an Internal Quality Advisor for other Assessors.

Craig was employed in the Construction Industry for over 30 years specialising in RC Frame and Groundworks.
Craig worked on projects including the Queen Elizabeth 2 Crossing and Stansted Airport Terminal. An NVQ Assessor with 16 years' experience, Craig gained experience at a major London-based college as well as a private provider.

Daniel has gained experience in Plant Operations and RC Frame Construction since 2012, and joined
Whitewaters Training in 2015. Since joining Whitewaters he has proved himself as a popular member of staff having trained and qualified as an NVQ Assessor and a CPCS Trainer. In 2019 Daniel passed his CPCS Tester Course and has since then achieved 5 advance tests enabling him to now test in these categories. He has added some youth to the training team and is constantly gaining from their experience as he is a keen learner. Daniel has inspired some of the learners to think about a career in training as well as site work and is always ready to share his experiences.
Ellen White Office Administration Joined Whitewaters Training in April 2014. Ellen delivers the suite of Health Safety and Environment Tests at all levels for our customers, as well as the Renewal Tests to update the CPCS Blue Competent Card. She ensures the smooth running of our SSP Courses including the 1 Day Health & Safety Awareness Course. She is progressing in the construction industry, having completed the CPCS A40 Slinger / Signaller course as well as being a trained First Aider and Fire Marshall. Read More
John has 30 years of experience in the Construction Industry gaining expertise in Plant Operations, Groundworks,
RC Frame and Site Management as well as Health and Safety management. John spent a considerable percentage of his Construction career on rail and road projects and held a senior management position on The Olympic park Project in Stratford London. An NVQ assessor for 12 years, John gained experience in this role with another private training provider prior to the establishment of this company. John is a CPCS tester with 7 years' experience.

Neil has over 30 years of experience with a variety of civil engineering and construction companies. He worked as
Principal HSQE Advisor / Auditor / Trainer & Assessor role for last 22 years working for and with companies within the Major Contractors Group. With experience in Marine, inland waterway & diving projects, Major sewage and water treatment projects, Highway and bridge construction and repair projects, New build and refurbishment construction projects, Demolition projects, MOD bases, airfield and port projects and Mainline rail & underground rail projects. Neil has been working with Whitewaters Training since 2011. He has been qualified as an NVQ Assessor and a Site Safety Plus Tutor for 8 years and also works as a CPCS Trainer

Shana Cochrane CPCS Manager Joined Whitewaters Training in March 2014. Shana liaises with clients and candidates on a regular basis to ensure they are happy with our service, She arranges trainers and testers for each course to ensure the smooth running of the CPCS Test Centre. She arranges the diary with our courses and books in the CPCS tests. Tony has worked in the construction industry for over 25 years and has considerable knowledge and experience
in construction, particularly groundworks. he trained as a plant operator and later a civil engineer within the Royal Engineers. Tony has worked on several high profile jobs mainly on site managing and controlling tenders on airfield and runway projects.
