Alessandro is an Italian qualified lawyer and the resident senior lawyer in our Milan office.
He assists companies and individuals on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious civil law matters.
He counts amongst his clients (and sits on the board of) several companies, including listed ones, charitable institutions and public bodies that are important actors in the Italian healthcare system. His clients are also active in the real estate sector, both health and leisure.
He is an expert in compliance with Law 231/2001 dealing with the criminal liability of legal persons.
He is also an expert in wealth management, corporate generational transition and inheritance law, even for frail individuals (so called "after us" in Italian)
He is a member of Milan's Area 3 Ethics Committee - Asst Grande Metropolitan Hospital of Niguarda, as an expert in legal and medical-legal matters.
Since 2003 he has been a member of the Ethics Committee of the Hospital Niguarda Ca' Granda Hospital in Milan and the Milan Area C Ethics Committee.
He has significant experience in litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution (conciliation, mediation) having been successful in representing clients in high worth disputes including some that ended up being heard by the Italian Supreme Court.

Anthony is a trainee solicitor who assists partner Eddie Parladorio on contentions matters.
He achieved a Distinction in an accelerated Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in Guildford.
Anthony's previous experience includes working as a commercial paralegal at CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang LLP and also at Hugh James Solicitors in Cardiff where he studied his Graduate Diploma in Law.

Darren is an Accountant by profession. He assists the firm in relation to book-keeping and administrative matters.

Eddie is the Founder and Senior Partner of Hanover Bond Law.
He qualified as a solicitor in 1989 and has since had a wealth of experience in litigation / dispute resolution across a number of areas. In his earlier years, the focus was on music industry clients which was soon then expanded to encompass the wider entertainment industry (film, television, theatre, sport).
Luca is an Italian and English qualified lawyer who has spent the best part of his 20 years long legal career in London, starting off as in-house lawyer JP Morgan Chase N.A. and then moving into private practice. He worked in senior positions at Reed Smith, Ashurst and Dentons before joining HBL in July 2017.
Matteo is an Italian qualified lawyer and one of the senior lawyers in the firm's Milan office.
He specialises in employment law, advising prevalently corporate clients on all aspects of Italian labour law, including litigious matters.
He is an expert in compliance with GDPR as well as with Law 231/2001 which deals with the criminal liability of corporations.
Paolo is an Italian qualified lawyer who specialises in cross border tax law and asset protection. Paolo has more than 25 years' experience in assisting individuals and families who have interests in several jurisdictions worldwide. He spends his time between London, Italy, Latin America and the UAE.
