Helen Benton - Chief Strategy Officer, Founder
Helen founded the business in 2009 and has over 15 years marketing and strategy experience. She started out client side at Unilever, working in senior brand and innovation roles across UK and Global teams. Since founding the business, she has partnered a breadth of start-ups, venture backed and corporate clients to generate strong growth. She brings rigour, clarity and a collaborative mentality to every project.

Jessica has extensive experience across publishing, international communications and branding. She has worked across a range of industries and her in-depth knowledge in health and beauty makes her a specialist in this area. Never lost for words, she is an inspiring copywriter first and foremost, unlocking the story of brands through the written word. Clients she has worked with include Estee Lauder, Neal's Yard and Dove.
Lisa is an organisation guru and with a graphics design degree, the team benefits from her excellent creative eye as well. She looks after accounts, manages the office day to day and always ensures the Barn is running smoothly.

Lisa comes from an agency background having been a senior planner and head of insight. She brings strong creative, insightful thinking and methodologies, always considering the consumer needs and motivations first and foremost. She has worked across many Global and UK brands including Domino's, Lil-Lets and a breadth of B2B businesses.
