Adam is currently studying at Writtle University College to complete his MA in Landscape Architecture, and has already gained extensive experience within the landscape industry, having worked in horticulture, sports turf management and design and build of private gardens. Whilst studying his BSc, Adam was Course Representative, design studio technician assisting and tutoring other students, and achieved an award for community excellence while sports representative for the Student Union. In addition to hard and soft landscape design and the preparation of LVIAs, Adam takes the lead on 3D models and accompanying visuals.

Dan is an ecological Consultant with over 14 years experience in a wide range of surveys and ecological work, including Preliminary Ecological Assessments, nesting, wintering and breeding birds, bats, badgers, dormice, great crested newts, reptiles and water voles. Dan has experience in mitigation design and managed many reptile and great crested newt translocations. Dan has a First Class Honours degree in Applied Ecology from University of East London and is a full member of CIEEM.
Graeme is a Chartered Landscape Architect, a Fellow of the Arboricultural Association and a BALI Registered Designer. With a career that includes working as Tree and Landscape Officer within a local authority and as a University lecturer in Landscape Architecture, Graeme's experience and qualifications give him a unique holistic understanding of the three main areas of our business - landscape design, trees and planning.
Karolyn is a fully qualified (BSc Hons) Landscape Designer, qualified in Arboriculture to L4, Practice Manager and Member of Society of Garden Designers. With a background in marketing and a former career in the City, Karolyn takes the lead in soft landscape design while ensuring the smooth running of our commissions and all aspects of the office administration.

Pete has been an ecologist for over 10 years and worked in ecological consultancy for over 15 years. Experienced in all aspects of protected species surveys and mitigation design, Pete has been involved in a wide variety of projects ranging from single developments to strategic urban renewal schemes subject to full EIAs. Ever pragmatic, Pete is a full member of CIEEM.
