Bishop Okullu College was started by the late Rt. Rev. Dr. John Henry Okullu, in conjunction with Asembo Kokise community. The college was initially established as a village polytechnic, training students in Mechanical engineering, Tailoring, Masonry, and Carpentry among others. On 13th March 1984, Ministerial Training was added and the school's name was changed to St. John's School of Mission...
