Bank relations & Compliance BL3P is the only bitcoin exchange based in the Netherlands and holds Dutch bank accounts to process euro transactions... We started development on our own exchange platform, BL3P, in 2013. In addition to the technical development of BL3P, we put a lot of effort into cultivating our relationships with banks. As BL3P will control user funds (euros/bitcoins), we applied for a license at the DNB (Dutch Central Bank).
