My name is Nicolas Gabot and I am the owner of the Brooklyn Art Factory a small decoration business, without any real location more than the studio in the basement of my house, markets, pop-ups, and craft fairs, I have been doing this for the last 6 years. With a background in photography and design, I wanted to create something that brought a sense of belonging to everyones neighbourhood, we all hold a special place for our current or previous neighbourhoods. I do this by making signs or taking photos that i will later turn into wooden pieces, I hope to represent every single neighborhood of NY even the ones people think no one is going to know.
