David Jenkins - CEO, Chairman, Founder

Catheter Precision's Founder and CEO, David Jenkins, has extensive experience growing medical device start-ups. His career highlights include founding Transneuronix, Inc. and EP Medsystems, Inc. which were both later acquired. David Jenkins has been in the medical device field for over thirty years, all with small companies. In addition to Catheter Precision, Inc., he has previously operated two other cardiac electrophysiology companies, as CEO and Chairman: Arrhythmia Research Technology, Inc., and EP MedSystems, Inc. In addition, he founded Transneuronix, Inc., a company in the implantable neurostimulator market, focused on obesity and weight loss. He began his career as a CPA with Coopers and Lybrand in Austin Texas. Mr. Jenkins holds a BS degree in accounting from the University of Kansas, and a master's in public accounting degree from the University of Texas at Austin.

James Caruso

Mr. Caruso has held senior-level financial positions in both public and private companies for more than 40 years, including serving as Chief Financial Officer at several publicly traded and privately held medical device companies. He has managed all financial aspects of businesses and is proficient in SEC reporting and compliance requirements. Mr. Caruso also has extensive operational experience and has led post-acquisition business integration activities on several occasions. Mr. Caruso served as Chief Financial Officer of Catheter Precision from 2010 through 2016. He also served as Chief Financial Officer of EP MedSystems, Inc. (NASDAQ:EPMD), a company focused on cardiac electrophysiology that was acquired by St Jude Medical in 2008; Hi-Tronics Designs, Inc., a privately held medical device design and manufacturing company that was acquired by Advanced Neuromodulation Systems, Inc., in 2001; and Micron Products, Inc., a publicly traded medical device manufacturing company that was acquired by Arrhythmia Research Technology in 1991. Mr. Caruso spent five years in the audit practice at Deloitte (formerly Deloitte & Touche). Mr. Caruso received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Rutgers University and an MBA from Fordham University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Martin Colombatto has served as a director of Ra Medical since January 2017. Mr. Colombatto has served as a Venture and Industry Partner of Seven Peaks Ventures LLP, a venture capital fund based in Bend, OR, since January 2016. From December 2013 to August 2014, Mr. Colombatto served as a director of PLX Technology, Inc., a technology company. Mr. Colombatto has also served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Staccato Communications, Inc., an Ultra Wideband semiconductor company, from January 2006 to March 2009 and as Executive Chairman of Staccato Communications, Inc., from January 2006 to September 2010. Prior to joining Staccato, Mr. Colombatto served as Vice President and General Manager of the Networking Business unit of Broadcom Corp., a broadband communication semiconductor company, from July 1996 to July 2002. Mr. Colombatto was also previously employed by LSI Logic, an application specific semiconductor company, from August 1987 to July 1996. Mr. Colombatto also previously held engineering positions at Reliance Electric, a production automation and control company, from August 1985 to June 1987 and Texas Instruments, an electronics company, from June 1982 to April 1985. Mr. Colombatto holds a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Electronic Engineering Technology from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.

Missiaen Huck - COO

Ms. Huck has been in the medical device field since 2009. Initially she began her career in marketing but has since held management positions in multiple roles including clinical, regulatory and quality and manufacturing/operations, giving her a unique understanding of several departments.

Patricia Kennedy

Patricia has spent over 25 years in a variety of global sales and distribution positions in the medical device industry, focusing specifically on the field of Electrophysiology. Since 2018 Patricia has served in the role of CCO for Catheter Precision. In 2015, she founded and is currently the Managing Director of PJM Medical Consultants, supporting medical device companies entering the international market with market entry and product commercialization strategies. From 2008 to 2015, Pat served as VP - International and General Manager for Atricure, Inc. She achieved significant sales, market development, and clinical science milestones while defining strategic plans and pursuing technology development and acquisitions. From 2001 to 2008, Pat worked with Stereotaxis, Inc. in numerous executive positions including Worldwide VP - Clinical Services and VP - International Sales and Marketing. Prior to Stereotaxis, Pat worked with EP MedSystems as International Marketing Manager for defibrillation and diagnostic catheters. She began her career in the medical industry at Boston Scientific from 1992 to 1997 while occupying several positions including Sales and International Product Manager for EPT. Pat has earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing from the University of Florida and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from the University of North Florida.

Steven Passey - CFO

Mr. Passey was most recently the Chief Financial Officer of QSI Holdings, Inc. in Pleasant Grove, Utah. Prior to that, Mr. Passey was the Corporate Controller/Treasurer for Alsco, Inc. where he was instrumental in the negotiations of $1 billion in debt financing and in the M&A of 13 properties in excess of $250 million. He served as the Chief Financial officer of TechniScan a medical device company that was an automated, 3D ultrasound system to improve breast cancer detection. He was the Chief Accounting Officer and Treasurer for Mrs. Fields' Famous Brands. Prior to that, Mr. Passey was hired to spearhead all SEC filings for Extra Space Storage, another publicly-traded company based in Salt Lake. As Controller of REIT Properties for that $200M revenue company, he played a key role in helping launch 34 newly acquired properties. Previously, Mr. Passey began his career at KPMG and later worked for Ernst & Young where he rose to Senior Audit Manager before departing for a career in various executive positions. Mr. Passey is a certified public accountant and has served on boards of numerous professional organizations.

Susanne L. Meline

Ms. Meline has an extensive background in finance, law and corporate governance with more than 20 years of experience advising corporate clients and their boards. In 2003, Ms. Meline co-founded investment advisor Francis Capital Management ("FCM"), where she serves as the firm's special situations advisor. Prior to Francis Capital Management, Ms. Meline was an investment banker with Houlihan Lokey, a global investment bank serving corporations, institutions and governments. She also was an attorney in the corporate group of Jones Day, an international law firm. Ms. Meline is a Certified Director through the UCLA Anderson School of Management, a Board Leadership Fellow for the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD), and holds a CERT Certificate in CyberSecurity Oversight from the NACD and Carnegie Mellon University Software Engineering Institute. Ms. Meline writes about corporate governance topics as a Select Contributor for the Small Cap Institute and, as a Pioneer Member of the Athena Alliance, provides guidance to current and aspiring board directors regarding financing small cap companies. Ms. Meline received a B.A from the University of California, Los Angeles and a J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. She currently serves as the Lead Independent Director and Audit Chair of the publicly traded ClearSign Technologies Corporation, and previously served on the Boards of Aqua Metals, Inc. and Finomial Corporation.
