David J. Fulton is a principal of the Chattanooga Law Firm of Scarborough & Fulton where he regularly practices in the areas of bankruptcy, business, and general litigation, and business law. He is licensed to practice in the state and federal Courts of Tennessee, and practices in the bankruptcy court for the Northern District of Alabama and Georgia. Mr. Fulton is the past president of the Chattanooga Trial Lawyers. Mr. Fulton is past chair of the TBA Bankruptcy Law Section Executive Council. He has served on the board of a local utility district for many years as a contribution to his community. He earned his B.S. degree, with honors, from East Tennessee State University, and his J.D. degree from the University of Tennessee of Knoxville. Mr. Fulton is a member of the Tennessee and Chattanooga Bar Associations and the American Bankruptcy Institute.
