DOUGLAS & FLYNN - Key Persons

Through his wide experience, Earle provides clients with service and advice in all areas of accounting and taxation. Having previously worked in the fields of science and education, he brings the ability to view issues from a variety of perspectives with commercial realism and to provide explanations in every-day terms. Earle specialises in the area of Self Managed Superannuation Fund administration. He also oversees audits. He holds a Master of Professional Accounting and is a CPA.

Kaye provides support to Tim Flynn and works closely with our financial services licensee Count Financial Limited. She also coordinates communication in these matters with clients. Kaye joined the team in March 2014 as a paraplanner in financial planning.

As a senior member of our audit team, Kim has experience in the audits of self managed superannuation funds, incorporated associations and trust accounts. She also actively works within the accounting and taxation area and is a qualified Chartered Accountant. Having previously lived in the United States and New Zealand, Kim joined the team in 2009.

Roxanne has been a member of the admin and support team since 2007. She works predominately providing support in the area of financial planning, however has expertise across all areas of the business. Roxanne is registered as a Commissioner for Declarations.

Tim offers 16 years experience in all areas of accounting and taxation, including financial account and income tax return preparation, capital gains tax calculation, financial projections, BAS preparation, structure advice and estate planning. Tim also has a lot of experience helping builders, farmers and property developers with the specific needs and tax laws of those respective industries including QBCC compliance and structure. Tim is a Toowoomba local, completing his secondary education at St Mary's College and a Bachelor of Commerce from USQ. Starting his Accounting career in 2006 he completed his CPA qualification prior to forming Douglas & Flynn Pty Ltd in 2016. Tim is also an Authorised Representative of Count Financial Limited providing a large range of financial planning services.
