Over the past few years, David has been involved in almost all the syndicated loan transactions in Cameroon. He regularly advises investors on critical issues relating to the Petroleum Code and its regulations and also the Mining Code and its regulations. He has been highly involved in discussions with the Government of Cameroon for the acquisition by Foreign Investors of land for major agro-industrial projects.
