Ashley Hansel

Ashley Hansel began her career at Kentucky Steel Center, an automotive supplier, in 2008. Ashley joined previous Highlands' affiliate, Precision Solutions, in 2009 as a Cost Analyst before being transferred to Highlands Diversified Services in 2013. In 2014, she joined ABC Automotive Systems Inc, a tier one automotive supplier, as their first Assistant Controller in 2014. Ashley rejoined the Highlands team as Controller in 2015. Ashley received a BBA in Accounting from Eastern Kentucky University in 2008 and MBA from University of the Cumberlands in 2013.

Michelle Hamm

Michelle began her career as an industrial engineer at American Greetings Corporation in 1993, gaining experience in process development and product distribution. She joined Highlands in 1995 as the Quality Manager, responsible for quality system implementation. Utilizing her engineering background, she was given the responsibilities for process engineering in 1998. In 2012, Michelle became the Director of Quality. Michelle attended the University of Kentucky where she earned her B.S. in Electrical Engineering, she also received professional engineering certification from the state of Kentucky.

Rick Centers

Rick Centers is the Director of Supply Chain, Warehouse & Assembly at Highlands Diversified Services. He has more than 20 years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, warehousing, and plant operations. Rick spent 15 years in retail management prior to his move into manufacturing. He began his manufacturing career in 1996, when he accepted a position as a buyer with Mid- South Electronics.

Ron Roy

Ron joined Highlands Diversified Service, Inc. in 1998 bringing a diverse background of manufacturing in business operation, quality, production, and supply chain management. With 30 years of experience in the manufacturing arena; Ron began his career while completing his business and marketing studies while holding positions as Production Manager, Environmental Regulatory Affairs Compliance Manager, Manufacturing Superintendent, and Quality Manager. Early in his career with Highlands, he aided in the development of procedures for the quality systems to achieve industry certification. After several years in the quality engineering role, he assumed the program management responsibilities for the company's telecommunications, appliance, and automotive market segments. In 2007, Ron was promoted to his current position as Director of Sales and Marketing. Ron attended Somerset Community College where he received his degree in Business Administration and Marketing.
