He held leadership roles at leading technology companies (Dell, Intel, Sonata Software), manufacturing companies (GE, Crompton Greaves), and was also an entrepreneur in the Digital/MarTech space. His career is defined by extraordinary leadership, creative problem solving, operational excellence, customer focus, and transformational business impact.

Keyur holds an MS in Computer Engineering from Michigan Technological University and a BS in Computers and Communication from the Gujarat University in Ahmedabad, India. He is also a co-author of New York Times best -selling book during the internet boom titled "Digital Transformation."
Keyur is a futurist thinker and contributor to social philanthropy in integral development of children and women. He stays away from public forums, speeches, and any press. He wants to remain "un-googleable".
Madhava Reddy is the founder of HTC Global Services, a global IT Company. From simple beginnings as a Michigan corporation established in 1990, Madhava's guidance, leadership, and vision has led the company to grow exponentially with global presence across several different countries.

Born in Chittoor, Andhra Pradesh, India, Madhava is a CPA and received his bachelor's degree from Sri Venkateswara University, India and later received his second bachelor's degree and master's degree from Walsh College, Troy, Michigan. Believing in the importance of a good education, Madhava has established HTC Training Centers in Chennai, India, and continues to support the ongoing training of our employees as the IT industry evolves. He has also served as a Trustee for various educational endeavors in the USA and India, most recently at Walsh College for over ten years, and at Lalaji Omega International School, Chennai.
Prior to founding HTC Global Services, Madhava started his career as a Bank Manager in India and later worked for a CPA firm. Madhava got his start in the IT Industry working in a leadership role at an IT Services company. This started his entrepreneurial spirit, which has continued through the years. He led the acquisition teams at HTC Global Services involved in acquiring CareTech Solutions in 2014, and substantial assets and talent from Ciber, Inc. in 2017.
Over the years, Madhava has been awarded several honors including the ‘CII-ICICI Venture Connect Entrepreneur of the Year' award and has been featured in the ‘Corp! Magazine'. He has also been recognized as a ‘Distinguished Alumni of Walsh College' and featured in the Detroiter Magazine for his contribution to educational and non-profit organizations. Madhava is a certified Heartfulness meditation trainer for over 30 years, and he currently serves on the boards as Managing Trustee of Lalaji Omega International School, The Heartfulness Education Trust, and The Lachimi Foundation.

Nalin Vij is the President of global sales for HTC Global Services, overseeing the vision, strategy, execution, and growth of all its business units. Nalin will play a significant role in the company's transformation across its brand, marketing, and business development in the coming years.

Nalin brings over 24 years of global experience in the IT industry and has played multiple client-facing roles helping customers unlock their potential. Before joining HTC, Nalin was at Tech Mahindra as part of its leadership council and SVP & head of its Retail, CPG, Travel & Railroads verticals. Nalin also led the Brazil operations at Tech Mahindra. Before that, Nalin spent 15+ years at Mindtree Ltd. as part of its management council, leading its Travel & Transportation vertical and the Microsoft Business unit.
Nalin holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Bihar University and an MBA in International Business from the Graduate school of Management of Swinburne University, Melbourne, Australia.

Kemp - Chief Legal Officer
Paul manages all legal issues of the corporation including contract negotiations, corporate acquisitions, intellectual property matters, and the statutory and regulatory requirements that govern the company's business practices.
Paul manages all legal issues of the corporation including contract negotiations, corporate acquisitions, intellectual property matters, and the statutory and regulatory requirements that govern the company's business practices, including the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and Stark, which governs the practice of physician referrals to medical facilities.
Additionally, Paul serves as the company's internal compliance officer ensuring that HTC Global Services conducts business not only in compliance with the applicable law but also with the highest ethical standards.
Paul negotiated the partnership agreement between Detroit Medical Center (DMC) and Oakwood Healthcare System (OHS) that establishes ownership of HTC Global Services between its hospital partners and Compuware Corp. He later joined the company in 2004, and since then negotiated more than 100 contracts with hospitals for HTC Global Services products and services. Most recently, Paul was instrumental in the acquisition of a competitor as well as the purchase of the company's newest data center.
Paul is a graduate of the University of Michigan-Dearborn and the University of Michigan Law School. He is a member of the Michigan Bar, the American Bar Association, and the Association of Corporate Counsel. Previously he was also associated with the law firms Clark Hill PLC and Pepper Hamilton LLP.
Ravi R Nair will be heading the ROW BU outside of US. He is an industry veteran with a work experience of over 25 years with rich expertise in managing large client relationships in the Agro-chemicals, Life Sciences, and Retail domains.

He started his career with Infosys as an SAP Professional. He later played various client facing sales and delivery roles within the IT/Engineering Services domain during his 21+ years tenure with Infosys. This includes more than 15 years in Europe at various client locations.
Before joining HTC, Ravi was heading the value design function for a large Engineering Services unit at Infosys, which manages all the proposals, solutions, commercial constructs, sales campaigns, and sales pipeline. He was also responsible for the Engineering Services sales for the India region.
In addition to the above responsibilities, he was the Delivery Head for the top nine accounts of Engineering Services that contributes 40% of the overall revenue. Prior to this role, he was the Client Partner for a top account of Infosys.
Ravi holds a B-Tech degree from NIT, Kurukshetra.

Vani Prasad is the Executive Vice President at HTC Global Services. With over 30 years of experience in Information Technology, Vani joined HTC in 1996, and developed the Insurance Practice, one client at a time.

He has built a robust Financial Services and Insurance business unit having customers in many states across the US. From 2018 to September 2021, he also led CareTech Solutions as its Executive Vice President, for providing HealthCare IT Solutions to Hospitals and Health Systems.
Vani is a Business Management Professional with experience in leading complex business, project and program initiatives for Enterprise IT modernization. He also manages a number of technology and solution partnerships, to position HTC well in the industry for tailored software implementations. His interests are in offering Thought Leadership and Value Engineered solutions to organizations leading to better business outcomes. He has led digital transformation initiatives to improve customer engagement, derive operational performance, and drive cost savings.
Prior to joining HTC, Vani has led many projects in India, US and UK for various industries and involving a wide variety of technologies.
Vani earned his Master's Degree in Industrial Management with specializations in Operations Research and Organizational Behavior from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.

Vicki Hickman is the Executive Vice President of Public Sector verticals at HTC Global Services. She has more than 30 years' experience in information technology global sales and strategic account management. Vicki is a sixteen year veteran of HTC.
She is responsible for leading HTC's business development including creating and executing business strategies, building life-long relationships and client satisfaction while being well-versed in HTC services. A strong desire to build trusting relationships while managing and delivering with integrity best define Vicki. She has been described as having the innate ability to look at things from a strategic perspective and yet a willingness to roll up her sleeves to execute tactically. Vicki is a respected IT professional serving clients across all verticals.
Her background includes expertise in infrastructure services, ERP implementations, Talent Services, Managed outsourcing managed services and IT solutions to meet business challenges.
