Cindy Bickley joined KennMar in February 2022 as Corporate Controller. In this role, Cindy is responsible for managing billing, accounts payable and receivable, and financial record-keeping in addition to establishing accounting policies and processes for the company's stabilized properties.
Prior to joining KennMar, Cindy served as the Accounting Assistant for Avon Washington Township Library where she was responsible for accounts payable and payroll.
Cindy brings extensive experience in accounting to the team and has more than 25 years of experience in a variety of industries including commercial and residential real estate; retail, wholesale, governmental, and not-for-profits; and financial institutions.
Crystal Lawrence joined KennMar in April of 2022 as Senior Property Manager. In this role, Crystal is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of KennMar's commercial real estate properties and the team responsible for providing property management services, compliance and tenant support at the Indianapolis Pyramids. She brings with her over 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry.
Prior to joining KennMar, Crystal served as the Senior Property Manager for The Building People where she was responsible for managing federal government leases, property inspections and overseeing various technology and accounting processes. Additionally, Crystal was Senior Property Manager for PNC Financial Services where she managed 79 properties and provided leadership to the engineering, maintenance, and clerical staff members. She also performed vendor and contract negotiations, property inspections and prepared property operational and capital budgets.

Eric Sallee joined KennMar in April of 2023 as the maintenance technician for 401 S. 4th Street in Louisville. In this role, Eric is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the property and construction projects.
Prior to joining KennMar, Eric had a 25-year career in construction as a superintendent and project manager.
Eric lives in Bardstown where enjoys spending his time with his partner Christy, daughter Maison and stepsons Matthew and Jacob. He and his family are very active in camping, fishing, ATV riding and just being outdoors.

India Edmonson joined KennMar in April 2022 as Property Manager for the company's commercial retail property portfolio. In this role, India is responsible for supporting the needs of tenants, managing property budgets, maintenance requests, and working with third-party vendors to ensure construction and improvement projects are performed according to KennMar's standards.
Prior to joining KennMar, India served as Real Estate Manager for Aion Management, a multi-family real estate firm based in Philadelphia, PA. With over 14 years of experience, her property management background includes overseeing renovations, lease-ups, re-branding, and managing new mixed-use and multi-site property acquisitions.
In addition to her experience in the commercial real estate industry, India also has experience in the legal industry where she specialized in the construction, property management, and real estate development sectors.
Jim Nommay joined KennMar in May 2019 as Controller. In this role, Jim is responsible for managing billing, accounts payable and receivable, and financial record-keeping. He also plays a critical role in the development of formal accounting policies and the management of budgets and reporting.
Prior to joining KennMar, Jim served as Controller for Green Square Design/Construct where he was responsible for accounting for a number of family-owned businesses and implementing cost accounting, financial controls, and budgets.
Jim brings extensive experience in accounting and finance to the team and has more than 30 years of experience in a variety of industries including commercial and residential real estate; retail, wholesale, and import/export.

Joshua W. Quade joined Kennmar in July 2023. He is the Building Engineer for Union Station and the Greyhound bus terminal. He oversees all facility operations including coordinating contractor services, preventative and daily maintenance, capital improvements, inspections and tenant relations.
Prior to joining Kennmar, Joshua worked for Browning and Colliers as Building Engineer and Supervisor. He has experience with commercial, residential and light industrial properties. Joshua assisted in the BAS and central plant replacement at Union Station and coordinated the replacement of the BAS and fire systems at the Capital Center.

Karl Cargal joined KennMar in July 2022 as Chief Operating Engineer. In this position, Karl is responsible for managing the day-to-day operation of the Pyramids, ensuring that HVAC systems are maintained and performing optimally, budgeting, and vendor coordination.
Prior to joining KennMar, Karl worked as a Chief Operating Engineer for Cushman & Wakefield and has performed duties as an Operations Manager for Duke Realty Corporation.
Karl Cargal has over 37 years of experience in commercial property maintenance, including office, industrial and retail properties.

Kelly Smith joined KennMar in August 2023 as Vice President, Community Engagement. In this role, Kelly is responsible for the development and implementation of all activities of KennMar Cares, the nonprofit arm of KennMar. She believes in the importance of lifting people up, while promoting economic growth and supporting business initiatives that strengthen the communities KennMar services.
Prior to joining KennMar, Kelly served as the Director of Development for The ALS Association where she oversaw the planning, implementation and evaluation of the Indiana Chapter's fundraising strategies.
Kelly has worked in the nonprofit industry for nearly 10 years, and has focused her career primarily in development, fundraising and stewardship. Kelly prides herself on building strong meaningful relationships and giving back to the community and the people they serve.

Klarissa Carter joined KennMar in July of 2023 as an Assistant Property Manager. In this role, she is responsible for assisting in supporting the needs of tenants, managing maintenance request, and working with third-party vendors to ensure that contracts and insurance is continuously up to date. Additionally, Klarissa is also responsible for assisting with and conducting research.
Prior to joining KennMar, Klarissa served as a Paralegal for Hoover Hull Turner and Stewart and Stewart Attorneys, based in Indiana. In her previous roles she served as a researcher, supported the needs of clients and assisted her attorneys.
In July of 2023, Klarissa decided to make a career change out of the law field. KennMar is her first career in the commercial real estate industry.

Kristy Carter joined KennMar in January of 2022 as Executive Vice President, Asset Management. In this role, Kristy is responsible for overseeing KennMar's commercial real estate portfolio and the team responsible for providing asset / property management services, compliance and property operations. She brings with her over 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry.
Prior to joining KennMar, Kristy served as the Senior Asset Services Manager for Browning Investments where she was responsible for the oversight of all company owned and third-party commercial real estate management. Additionally, Kristy was Director of Commercial Real Estate for Allen Commercial Group and oversaw all aspects of financial, management and company operations for Allen Commercial Group.
Mike Zent joined KennMar in August of 2023 as a Marketing Specialist. In this role, Mike is responsible for the development, implementation, and tracking of marketing programs, including analyzing and reporting on the performance and efficiency of these strategic campaigns. Mike also brings his experience as a professional photographer, to guide the strategy at KennMar of creating compelling media for advertising and marketing. Mike's extensive background in real estate photography is a great asset for creating marketing materials to ensure successful brand distribution as well as utilizing social media outlets with multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Prior to joining KennMar, Mike served as the Owner for Mike Zent Photography, photographing high end real estate properties in Los Angeles for over 20 years. In this role, Mike was responsible for acquiring and managing a portfolio of 50+ clients to deliver impactful photographs, comprehensive marketing strategies, and media campaigns to facilitate sales. This was accomplished through outbound sales prospecting, dedicated project management, spectacular photographs and drone videos, website development, and social media marketing campaigns to align with desired stakeholder goals. Mike provided clients with real-time data and benchmarks to maximize effectiveness and property visibility. After graduating from Indiana University, Mike worked for the Indiana Pacers in the Game Operations department.
Montrell Liggins joined KennMar in September of 2023 as a Maintenance Engineer. In this role, Montrell is responsible for preventative maintenance and ensuring work orders are completed correctly. Montrell also focuses on property maintenance ensuring that things run smoothly, and the property is closed properly at the end of daily business.
Prior to joining KennMar, Montrell served as the Lead technician at an apartment complex. In this role, Montrell was responsible for everything electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. Also, Montrell worked to schedule vendors for apartment needs.
Montrell has worked in the maintenance field for 12 years and has obtained his HVAC license.
Pam Lucido joined KennMar in April of 2023 as the Senior Property Manager. In this role, Pam is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of KennMar's commercial real estate properties and the team responsible for providing property management services, compliance and tenant support at 401 South 4th Street in Louisville, KY. She brings with her 7 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry.
Prior to joining KennMar, Pam served as the Property Manager for Blue Ridge Realty, Inc. where she was responsible for managing the operations of 1.6 million square feet of Class A office, retail, medical, and mixed-use properties in the Raleigh, NC area. Additionally, Pam has more than 20 years of communications and marketing experience in a variety of industries including engineering, public power, and commercial flooring.
Robin joined KennMar in March of 2023 as the Office Manager. In this role, Robin is responsible for assisting the executive team of KennMar as needed, she communicates with community organizations, work with property management on day-to-day operations of the office as well as manages all internal and external special events, including IT, HR, and other employee needs.
Prior to joining KennMar, Robin served as the Director of Consumer Events at Simon Property Group. Like KennMar, Simon is a full service commercial real estate and retail property firm. She and her team organized and managed both internal and external corporate events, major retail property grand openings and rebrandings to include contract negotiations for facilities, talent, and production company agreements. As well as assisting with securing keynote speakers and entertainment.
Robin has worked in the commercial real estate industry for over 18 years and was Manager of Corporate Events responsible for managing the grand openings of Phase Three of The Forum Shoppes in Las Vegas, Nevada, Robin managed Simon Fashion Now in multiple states across the United States, and her first major logistical event was the opening of Bowie Town Center in Bowie, Maryland. Robin also coordinated logistics for onsite Pharma Meetings both domestically and internationally, managed multi-million-dollar budgets and travel accommodations for executive teams, production companies and clients. Robin was featured in the Third Edition of Who's Who in Black Indianapolis, IN.

Vee Kimbrell joined KennMar in January of 2022 as Executive Vice President - Marketing & Communications. In this role, Vee is responsible for keeping new and existing investors apprised of investment opportunities and project updates. She also oversees the team responsible for public relations, corporate branding, digital marketing and communications.
Prior to joining KennMar, Vee served as the Marketing Director for Bradley Company, a full-service commercial real estate firm. In this role, she and her team were responsible for branding, company communications, public relations, digital marketing and research.
Vee has worked in the commercial real estate industry for more than 20 years and was Co-Founder of Blue Vault Partners, an independent research firm dedicated to creating transparency and innovative valuation tools for the non-traded REIT industry. She has also held several senior level marketing and finance positions with national REITs, commercial real estate investment firms and developers.
