Our main products are pelagic fish (tuna, marlin, wahoo, kingfish, swordfish, mahi-mahi, oilfish) and demersal fish (snapper, grouper,etc). We are able to process whole round fishes into other products such as loin, slice, steak, cube, and other certain cuts.
