Cheryl Likens joined Merchants Bank in 2021 as the Chief Risk Officer. Cheryl is responsible for leading the Company's corporate risk function and strategy including assessment of business lines and administrative functions, serving as an advisor to the business units and collaborating with other risk and internal audit functions. Prior to joining Merchants Bank, Cheryl was the Chief Audit Executive at First Merchants Corporation. She has over 25 years of accounting and auditing experience, primarily in the financial institution industry. Cheryl holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Indiana University and holds a Certified Public Accountant certification.

As a founding member and director of First Colorado National Bank, Jeff Scott brings more than 25 years of commercial lending experience to his role with Merchants Bank of Indiana. He serves as President of SBA Lending, and is based in the company's Chicago office. The scope of his responsibilities include the build-out of a national origination strategy, underwriting, closing, and servicing platform focusing on SBA 7A, 504, and United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) loan programs.

Jerry Koors is the President of the newly formed Merchants Mortgage, and joined Merchants in October 2013. Jerry is responsible for originations, processing, underwriting, closing and delivery of investment quality loans to be held by Merchants, or sold on the Secondary Market. He has over 24 years of mortgage banking experience. Prior to joining Merchants, he was the Regional Manager and Vice President for National City Mortgage, and then PNC Mortgage for more than 17 years. Prior to joining National City, he was an Area Manager for Precedent Mortgage and a Manager at Norwest Financial. Jerry is a graduate of Marian University.

John Macke joined Merchants in July 2017 after more than 25 years in the mortgage finance industry. Mr. Macke has served in the roles of EVP of Capital Markets and Chief Financial Officer at Stonegate Mortgage. Mr. Macke also spent many years with Irwin Mortgage, a national residential mortgage lending company, responsible for capital markets, strategy, business development, and finance department management. He has extensive experience with financial forecasting, planning and analysis, as well as servicing valuation and MSR hedging. Mr. Macke was also the Chief Operating Officer of Freedom Mortgage after its acquisition of Irwin Mortgage. He holds an MBA from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and a BS degree in finance from the University of Dayton.

Kevin Langford joined Merchants Bank in January of 2017 as the Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer. Kevin provides oversight and leadership for the Investment Real Estate team of the bank as well as Technology, Facilities, and Marketing and Communications for the Merchants companies. Prior to joining Merchants Bank, Kevin was the President of Community Banking for First Financial Bank. Throughout his 25 year professional career, Kevin has held various sales leadership, technology, and operational roles at both First Financial Bank and Irwin Financial Corporation. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in business from Franklin College.

Mr. Schroeter joined Merchants as President of Warehouse Lending in November 2019 and his responsibilities include overseeing Merchants Bank's mortgage warehouse business. Mr. Schroeter has more than 35 years of mortgage banking experience, including as an executive for several mortgage warehouse lenders. Prior to joining Merchants, Mr. Schroeter served as Executive Vice President of ArcHome Mortgage, Partner of ArcLine Lending, LLC, President and COO of Cooper River Financial, LLC, which ultimately became part of Ocwen Financial Corp., and Senior Managing Director, Warehouse Lending Group of GMAC, which became Ally Bank.

Michael (Mike) Dunlap is an accomplished leader in the mortgage banking industry, currently holding multiple prominent roles, including President and CEO of Merchants Bank of Indiana, President and COO of Merchants Bancorp, and Chairman of Merchants Capital Corp. With over 30 years of experience, Mike's strategic expertise and dedication to excellence have been instrumental in the success of Merchants Bank and its affiliated companies.
Having joined Merchants Bank in 2009 as Senior Vice President of Mortgage Banking, Mike quickly ascended the ranks and became a vital member of the Board of Directors in 2014. Beyond his roles at Merchants Bank, he serves on the Mortgage Bankers Association's Residential Board of Governors and is a member of its Board of Directors.
Throughout his career, Mike's achievements include establishing Merchants Bank's warehouse lending platform and successfully launching Merchants Mortgage, driving the organization's growth and expansion. His journey in finance began as a Certified Public Accountant at KPMG, and he further developed his financial expertise through key positions at National City Mortgage (now part of PNC), Bank One (now JPMorgan Chase), and Waterfield Mortgage.

Michael Petrie has served as a Director of Merchants Bank of Indiana and Chairman since 2002. He has also previously served as the Chairman and President of Merchants Capital (formerly PR Mortgage & Investments), a multifamily finance company he co-founded in 1990.

With two decades of service in the banking industry, Phil Daubenmire serves as Executive Vice President of Investment Real Estate at Merchants Bank, a position he assumed in January 2024. In this role, Phil brings a wealth of expertise to oversee all Investment Real Estate credit functions, specifically focusing on balance sheet multifamily and healthcare transactions originated in coordination with Merchants Capital.
Phil's journey with Merchants Bank is marked by progressive roles and significant contributions. Prior to his current role, he held the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Underwriter for the Investment Real Estate Division.
Phil's career began in 2005 when he joined the company as a Personal Banker. Over the years, he has advanced through various roles, showcasing his ability to excel in diverse areas of banking operations. Notably, he has held other positions that include Loan Operations Manager, Loan Portfolio Manager, Commercial Underwriter. Phil also served as the Bank's Chief Compliance Officer for two years and led the first initiative into Small Business Lending leading to Delegated Underwriting Authority (PLP) with the Small Business Administration.
Phil Daubenmire holds an MBA with a focus on Finance and Entrepreneurship from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business. He earned his BA in International Business with a minor in Spanish from Taylor University in 2005, where he actively participated in extracurricular activities such as Taylor University Lacrosse and served as the President of the Lacrosse Club.
Randall (Randy) Rogers has served as a director of the Company and the Vice Chairman of the Bank since 2002. He also has served as the Chairman of PR Mortgage & Investments since co-founding the company in 1990.
Mr. Rogers co-founded PR Mortgage & Investments in 1990 after serving 21 years with Merchants National Corporation as Executive Vice President of the Real Estate Lending Group. The group was responsible for the origination and management of development, construction and permanent real estate loans both for portfolio and as an intermediary mortgage banking subsidiary.
A 1968 graduate of the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, Mr. Rogers also graduated in 1979 from the Stonier Graduate School of Banking, Rutgers University. In 1985 Mr. Rogers earned the Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB) designation from the Mortgage Bankers Association of America.
Mr. Rogers has served on several professional and civic organization boards including, the Fannie Mae Regional Advisory Board, Westside Community Development Corporation, both the Indianapolis and Indiana Mortgage Bankers Associations, The Health & Hospital Corporation of Marion County, the Eskenazi Health Foundation, the Indianapolis Zoological Society, Indianapolis YWCA, the 1987 Pan American Games, the Greater Indianapolis Progress Committee and SKL Society. He also served as the President of the Indiana Mortgage Bankers Association, Chairman of the Marion County Health and Hospital Corporation, and Chairman of the Eskenazi Health Foundation.

Robert Burtner joined the company in 2019 and currently serves as Chief Credit Officer. Mr. Burtner has previously served as Deputy Chief Credit Officer, and Senior Vice President, Bridge and Construction Lending at Merchants Capital Corp. where he was responsible for monitoring new construction and substantial rehabilitation loans for the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Government-Sponsored Enterprise (GSE) and Merchants Bank lending platforms.
Prior to joining Merchants Bank and Merchants Capital, Burtner worked in commercial banking focused on credit underwriting, credit management, portfolio management, construction monitoring and loan origination.

Scott Evans joined Merchants Bank of Indiana in 2004 as President and Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining the bank, he spent the majority of his career working for small to mid-sized community banks serving in various senior management capacities. Scott is also involved in several agricultural related and local community organizations and operates a grain and livestock farm in southern Darke County, OH.

Susan Dehner Kucer joined Merchants Bank of Indiana in 2016 and serves as President of the Indianapolis Market. Prior to joining Merchants, Susan spent the past 33 years at PNC Bank (formerly Merchants National and National City) in various leadership positions, most recently as their Senior Vice President and Business Banking Market Manager for Indiana, Illinois and Missouri. Prior to her banking experience, Susan was a Certified Financial Planner and Registered Representative of Investors Diversified Services. A graduate of Butler University, she currently serves on Butler's College of Liberal Arts and Sciences Board of Visitors, is a Trustee for Brebeuf Jesuit Preparatory School, and has served as Past President and Government Liaison for the Indianapolis Mortgage Bankers Association. Susan was also an Associate Professor for Ivy Tech Community College, and served as a volunteer for the American Cancer Society, United Way and Easter Seals.

Prior to joining Merchants, Terry served as Senior Associate at the law firm of Krieg DeVault LLP, Senior Counsel and Vice President at Citibank, N.A., and more than 5 years as Assistant General Counsel and Vice President at JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A.
