David serves as the Senior Vice President & Chief Lending Officer. David joined Navigant Credit Union in 2010 and has accumulated more than 20 years of diverse, impactful experience in the financial services sector over the course of his career. In his current role, he is responsible for overseeing Navigant's multi-billion-dollar lending portfolio. David's teams include Residential Lending, Commercial Banking, Indirect & Consumer lending, and Collections. A life-long Rhode Islander, David lives in Lincoln with his family and - if you're asking - he's always up for an invitation to play golf or journey to the beach.

David is the Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Chief Risk Officer at Navigant Credit Union. An attorney with nearly 20 years of law experience, David joined Navigant Credit Union in 2019, having previously served as a partner with Providence-based law firm Partridge Snow & Hahn LLP. In his current role as Navigant Credit Union's attorney on staff, David is responsible for reviewing, drafting and negotiating contracts for Navigant's business lines and Executive Management Team, and advising the Credit Union's Board and Senior Management Team on all significant legal matters. A lifelong Rhode Islander, David is active in his local community. He serves as the president of Common Cause Rhode Island's Governing Board; Treasurer of Foster Forward's Board of Directors; and is a member of Mary Mother of Mankind Parish's Finance Committee. He is also a board member with FirstWorks and the Governor's Insurance Council. In addition to his role at Navigant Credit Union and his volunteer board work, David also teaches law as an adjunct professor at Roger Williams University. He is an alumnus of the 2015 Leadership Rhode Island Lamda II class.

As Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Jason oversees the Credit Union's capital strategy, financial reporting, asset/liability management, People and Talent Management and Facilities. Jason earned both his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, with concentrations in Finance and Computer Information Systems, and his MBA from Bryant University. Jason serves on the board of the Pawtucket Salvation Army Corps and Clearway Clinic. He also leads the Community Support Team at the Credit Union that focuses on employee volunteer events. Jason joined Navigant Credit Union in 2018.

Serves as the Credit Union's EVP, Chief Digital & Operations. After joining Navigant Credit Union in April 2013, Jon quickly made a name for himself developing the analytics team and deploying a management dashboard solution to pave the way for improved data-driven decision-making. He is responsible for providing strategic direction in addressing cybersecurity threats, data management and protection concerns, and other risks associated with digital operations. He directs operations and digital adoption optimization to ensure Navigant Credit Union is well-positioned to adapt to new digital trends such as Robotic Process Automation and Artificial Intelligence and stay competitive in a rapidly evolving sector. He oversees several departments including Information Technology, Digital Banking, Operations, Enterprise Architecture and Facilities. Jon is a graduate of Dean College with a degree in Business Administration. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the Stadium Theatre & Conservatory for the Performing Arts in Woonsocket, RI and the Blackstone River Valley National Heritage Corridor and is a member of NEACH (New England Automated Clearing House Association).

Kathy was unanimously selected to serve as Navigant Credit Union's President and CEO in 2022. Beginning her career as a teller, Kathy has more than 30 years of diverse experience in the financial services industry, specializing in retail banking delivery, sales management, corporate marketing and strategic planning. Kathy joined Navigant Credit Union in 2009 as the Credit Union's Executive Vice President & Chief Retail Banking Officer and a crucial member of Navigant Credit Union's senior leadership and strategic planning teams. Prior to her role as President and CEO, Kathy led the Credit Union's sales, marketing and business development efforts, and oversaw all retail delivery channels including the branch network, Contact Center, digital banking, training and wealth management services. She led the organization's expansion from 9 physical branch locations in Rhode Island to its current number of 25. As the Credit Union rapidly grew, Kathy spearheaded an organizational change to a more regional approach, leading the process of hiring and training a team of regional managers to oversee day-to-day retail operations across the Credit Union. Kathy earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Bryant University. She serves as a Board Member of Connecting Children For Families based in Woonsocket, and The Simon W. Wardwell Foundation. In addition, Kathy is a member of the RI CEO Council, whose mission is to build a stronger RI, as well as the Rhode Island Public Expenditure Council (RIPEC) and the CCUA Women's CEO Leadership Networking Group.

In her role as Senior Executive Vice President /Chief Administration & Strategy Officer, Lisa provides leadership in the formulation and implementation of Navigant Credit Union's overall Corporate Strategy. She oversees Credit Union Security and Risk Teams. Lisa has been with Navigant Credit Union since 1994 and has held several management positions in the areas of Internal Audit, Electronic Banking, Information Technology, Retail Banking, and Operations. She received her Bachelor's Degree from Bryant University and is a Certified Public Accountant. Lisa is very active in the community. She is a member of the Advisory Board of the Little Sisters of the Poor; current member and past President and Treasurer of the Smithfield RI Rotary Club; and a member of the 2015 Leadership RI Lambda II class. Lisa also serves on the Elan Financial Advisory Board, as well as the TruStage Customer Experience Board.

Mike joined Navigant Credit Union with over 15 years of diverse experience in the banking sector, most recently serving as the Vice President of Community Impact at Mid-Hudson Valley Federal Credit Union in Kingston, N.Y, where he led efforts related to branch expansion and transformation, financial literacy, and small business development. He also served as the Vice President of Marketing & Member Experience at Hudson River Financial Federal Credit Union in Mohegan Lake, N.Y. and as Vice President of Public Relations at Municipal Credit Union in New York City. In his role as Chief Retail Banking & Experience Officer, Mike is responsible for overseeing the operations of all of Navigant Credit Union's retail banking channels, including expansion initiatives, branch administration, contact center, marketing, NCU Wealth Management and more. As a member of the Executive Management Team, Mike also plays a critical role in identifying short and long-term strategies, and policies and procedures that will advance Navigant Credit Union's mission.
