Andrii has been with us since 2019 and is highly skilled in the area of Data Architecture and Marketing Automation. Leader of our Marketing Cloud and Analytics services with extensive expertise in CRM Analytics (Einstein), Tableau and Account Engagement (Pardot). Before Noltic, Andrii was working in a Swiss enterprise Sales department where he learned to deeply understand business needs.

In 18 years in the tech industry, Igor went all the way from a developer to a C-level manager. For 5 years before Noltic, Igor led competency and strategy implementation as a Deputy Production Director for the tech dept. Igor is known for hands-on resolving most perplexing cases which helps him build a truly client-oriented approach.
Spent time developing programming skills in the UK in his teen years and started a career in tech working as an ASP developer in college alongside his twin brother. They continue to share and caress the same early developed passion for computer programming.

With 8 years of experience in the Salesforce industry, Mykhailo was one of the first experts hired by Noltic. Being in the team for 5 years now, he has worked with our biggest clients in retail, automotive and e-commerce, and now leads our B2B Commerce Cloud. Mykhailo delivered solutions for luxury brands and manufacturers. After work, you can always find him in the gym.
Uniquely competent in building CRMs and start-ups, managing international projects and software product strategies, Mykhailo has built Noltic's financial and legal operations. Possesses years of experience in leading big departments of PMOs, BAs and Designers.
Bs in Economics and Ms in Technology Administration and Management at Lviv Business School, he is also an active full-time father, a no less skill-requiring occupation.

Olha's career path includes working with mostly tech companies, and she understands people's expectations in the industry on all levels, meeting the needs of management as well as individual employees'. In Noltic, she oversees people operations including internal culture, recruitment and professional development of each member of our team.
The ideal way to spend time off work for Olha is to go skiing in the Alps with the family. Being an active mother of two definitely comes as an extra practice of her professional soft skills.

Orest joined us in 2019 switching from Java to Salesforce. He is our top expert in Integration & Accounting. Orest is the person responsible for Financial Force and Accounting Seed services helping streamline clients' budget operations. When not in the office, he learns to play the piano and DJs.
Serhii joined Noltic in 2019 as an Android and Java developer, and has now reached 10+ years of experience with 4+ of them in Salesforce only. He brings diverse experience in designing technical solutions for retail, finance and governmental projects keeping in mind the business side of things. He also mentors other devs, lectures students and leads Sales Cloud implementation with extra focus on Revenue Cloud/CPQ and Billing.

Taras is among the OGs of Ukrainian tech, starting his software development career back in 2002. We began working together in 2018, and he is now the leader of our Node.js division as well as a mentor. Taras is driven by a transparent work environment and loves to make bold decisions with architectural solutions. He has ridden his motorbike all across Europe and is a passionate glider.
Being with Noltic for the third year in a row, Tereza's daily work reflects her inherent belief in creating socially responsible businesses. Tereza is taking care of strong connections with Salesforce and the market.

Tetiana brings over 8 years of coding experience in Salesforce. For 4 years with Noltic, Tetiana delivered solutions for our biggest client in the hospitality industry and non-profit projects. Leader of our Service Cloud direction. Proud mom of a beautiful little girl Anna.

Speaks native Apex and Node.js with an advanced sense of humor. Has been a tech guru since when Vlad and his twin brother were 5 and wrote their first line of HTML code before they knew how to write normal sentences. Vlad now leads all of our devs, oversees tech solutions and Noltic's in-house products development.

Volodymyr had already possessed extensive Salesforce knowledge when he joined Noltic in 2018, and is now an expert with 8 years of experience combined. He is a master swimmer and a former seaside lifeguard in the USA. Volodymyr mentors other devs at Noltic and has three beautiful children at home.

He leads the implementation of Experience Cloud solutions as well as Salesforce Non-Profit Cloud for Noltic's clients.
