Nordic Trout produces farmed rainbow trout. Fresh fish are delivered to the customers in gutted ford. In the late autumn and early winter, we also produce rainbow trout roe "red caviar" for food. Nordic Trout is the largest farmer of rainbow trout in Finland and Sweden and the largest rainbow trout roe (Red Caviar) provider company in the EU
