PROVERBS FARM

Proverbs Farm is located in Alvin, Texas, on just a little over two acres. Our first love is dairy goats, the Nubian breed in particular, but we also raise a few Boer-crosses. We produce both show and pet quality animals and strive to maintain a happy, healthy herd and to continue to improve our herd, both in conformation and milk production. Our other farmstead animals include a flock of laying hens, guineas, and a cow or two. We also enjoy our small but growing herb and vegetable gardens and often have extra plants and harvest available for sale... Our fresh milk is sold locally for livestock and pet consumption and for soapmaking purposes. We also use the milk in our own line of soap products marketed at the farm, area businesses and craft shows... We are members of the American Dairy Goat Association, South Central Texas Goat Club, Texas Soapmakers Association and Iowa Colony 4-H.
