Mr. Simon joined the Law Office of Richard D. Simon in 1993 and became a member of the firm Simon, Monahan & Simon L.L.C. in 1999. He is licensed to practice law in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and Florida and has served clients for over 20 years. He is married and has two children. He is an avid sports fan and enjoys playing golf.

Richard D. Simon was born and grew up in Brooklyn, New York, attending Brooklyn College and St. John's Law School. He worked for the New York City Law Department Until 1983 handling tax, condemnation and real estate matters. He opened up his own practice in 1983 and formed Simon, Monahan Simon, L.L.C. in 1999 where he is the managing partner today. He is married with 3 sons, all of whom are lawyers and two of whom are with the firm.

Tom Monahan was born and raised in Central New Jersey. He attended college and law school in New York City. Mr. Monahan worked for a large law firm in New York City before returning to New Jersey in 1990. Mr. Monahan worked for Richard D. Simon and became a member of the firm of Simon, Monahan & Simon L.L.C in 1999. Mr. Monahan has served clients throughout New Jersey and New York City for over 25 years and is also licensed to practice law in Florida. He is married and has two children.
