SSCDC - Key Persons

Doris Zercher

Job Titles:
  • Office Manager
I am the office manager for Southside Children's Dental Center. I was born in Banbury, England. When I was two years of age, my father was assigned to Lackland Air Force Base. This is how I came to live on the south side of San Antonio. A fun fact about my self is that the base housing where my family lived was located at the corner of S. Flores and SW Military Dr., exactly where our office is now located. I have worked with Dr. Scott Hebert for over 30 years. Before working with Dr. Hebert, I worked as a dental assistant at the UT Health Science Center in San Antonio for eight years. I was able to gain valuable experience and knowledge in many different dental specialties working in the university system. In 1989 I came to work with Dr. Hebert as he opened his practice. As with any significant endeavor, building a practice of quality and efficiency has proven to be an exciting and challenging journey. Being a part of the development and ongoing progress of Southside Children's Dental Center is one of my greatest accomplishments. I work with a great team of dental professionals whose shared vision and goal is that every patient is treated with respect and that they receive a consistently high degree of great dental care and education.
