Alexander Tsao is a Shareholder/Partner at Venerable where his current practice primarily focuses on personal injury/tort law, business/commercial litigation, and complex real estate and corporate transactions. With a diverse legal background, and having worked as a senior associate for one of the most prestigious law firms in the country, Mr. Tsao currently represents a wide array of clients in his practice at Venerable. He has helped his clients receive nearly 100 million dollars as compensation for their pain and suffering related to personal injury matters. He has even received settlements of over $1,000,000.00 for his clients though they were ultimately found liable for the accidents causing injury. Those types of results stem from advanced strategy, diligent preparation and a winning reputation. In addition to his civilian practice, Mr. Tsao was formerly a judge advocate/military lawyer in the U.S. Marine Corps where he served as a Chief Prosecutor, Chief Civil Law Officer, and Special Assistant U.S. Attorney.

Ariana joined Venerable Injury Law in May of 2021 as a Client Advocate I. Prior to her work at Venerable, she gained valuable customer service knowledge and experience within various industries, including legal services, which has led to the development of her current client-centered, customer- oriented approach to client communications. When you make a phone call to Venerable, Ariana will likely be the first person you speak with as she is the primary receptionist, in addition to her role as the medical specialist. Accordingly, Ariana assists client advocates by communicating with medical treatment providers and collecting medical records, while also providing administrative support to office personnel. With her positive outlook and client management abilities, Ariana serves as a critical part of the Venerable team.

Cindy Chen

Cindy is a Client Advocate II delivering excellence within both the pre-litigation and litigation departments at Venerable Injury Law. As a Client Advocate II, Cindy is responsible for handling client intakes, medical review, and other claim management tasks, as well as providing specialized translator services on behalf of clients. Cindy has many years of dedicated customer-oriented service in her professional background, which is drawn upon to ensure that client expectations are exceeded at every stage of their claim(s). Geraldine Perez

She actively assists in the development of a client's bodily injury claim by ensuring that each client has access to the same protocols, evaluations, tools, and opportunities to maximize their claim value. Geraldine's professional history in customer experience and guest services as part of a Fortune 100 company allows her to connect with clients on a personal level, reassuring them that their claim is in capable hands. Every day, Geraldine tries to hold close to Maya Angelou's words, "People will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel". Geraldine understands that the voice of a victim can be drowned out in the chaotic aftermath of an accident, so she endeavors to amplify each victim's voice to ensure that his/her story of pain and loss will not be overlooked. Moreover, the primary motivation driving Geraldine's professional activities is the desire to help others in need. Accordingly, her main objective in any personal injury claim is to make sure that when a client is done with treatment, they are as healthy - mentally, physically, and financially - as they were prior to the accident.

Mariana Vargas

Mariana is a Senior Client Advocate in the pre-litigation department at Venerable Injury Law, with years of experience under her belt and a particular specialty in handling premises liability and motor vehicle accident claims. Mariana has handled cases from the intake stage through settlement, so she is well aware of the potential issues that may arise at any time during the claims process. She has handled numerous types of insurance claims and has knowledge working with standard and nonstandard insurance companies, as well as commercial carriers. In addition to her expansive case handling and insurance claim experience, she also has strong negotiating skills that she brings to bear for our client's advantage. Mariana's positive attitude and energy are evident in her work ethic and direct feedback from clients. Through her work at the firm, Mariana has discovered that her passions are to serve, educate, and assist injured victims to recover during difficult times. Sidney Sohn is a Shareholder/Partner at Venerable, where his current practice primarily focuses on commercial litigation, class actions, unfair competition, individual tort claims, construction defects, EB-5 immigration consulting and appellate practice. With a diverse legal background, and having prosecuted numerous actions for individuals as well as multi-million dollar corporations, Mr. Sohn currently represents a wide array of clients in his practice at Venerable. In early 2014, Mr. Sohn was elected co-chair of the Asian Business Association, allowing him to play a more active role in the organization. In addition to maintaining Venerable's vision in providing high-quality services for our clients, Mr. Sohn continues to support various community groups in an effort to give back to the people we serve.

Stephanie Perez - COO

With a decade experience in the legal industry, Stephanie is the Director of Operations and Litigation Manager at Venerable Injury Law. As the frontline manager of administrative operations and primary support for litigation, Stephanie is enthusiastically driven to streamline administrative and legal processes with technology in order to promote transparency, efficiency, security, and effectiveness of said processes within the firm. Utilizing her background in Business Administration and Information Systems Security, Stephanie has the ability to identify deficiencies within standard business operations and implement solutions to address specific problems. This expertise allows her to run a tight ship in order to better serve the clients at the firm. In addition, her paralegal background allows her to provide litigation support, including tasks such as research, drafting, filing, calendar management, scheduling and of counsel communications, as necessary. Through the knowledge and experience Stephanie has gained at Venerable Injury Law, having served in roles including litigation support, litigation paralegal, operations assistant, litigation manager and director of operations, she has developed a unique perspective into the personal injury industry, which is often misunderstood due to its complexity and the guarded nature of the parties involved.
