I bought a wood burning stove from Natalie at We Love Stoves recently who was most helpful and knowledgeable. She assisted me in my choice of stove guiding me in the right direction and gently diverting me away from a very unsuitable choice which I of course thought would be perfect. I had difficulty with the location in the room and again she made sure that it was right and had a beautiful limestone heat shield installed as I had plasterboard walls. The team that came to carry out the installation were beyond reproach, polite, clean, prompt and a credit to the company. I am thrilled with the stove and I have called Natalie on numerous occasions to ask questions and she always has the time to explain, the aftercare service offered is exceptional. If anyone is thinking about installing a wood burner then look no further, it will be the best decision you will make putting your trust in this company's hands.
