WILLIAM KALEC

William Kalec is an award-winning print journalist and unscripted television producer based in Los Angeles, CA. Currently, Kalec is a development producer for Morningstar Entertainment and an on-stage researcher for DirecTV's Red Zone Channel. In addition to creating programming for networks such as A&E, Lifetime, History, and Discovery, Kalec stays true to his written-word roots as a regular contributor to three Louisiana-based publications - New Orleans Magazine, Louisiana Life and Acadiana Profile. In that role, Kalec was named 2016 "Magazine Writer of the Year" by the International Regional Magazine Association.
