Eric Rasmussen did a great job of listening to what we wanted in a home. He knows the Indy market really well and can find a great home within your budget. We met him at an open house and within three days he had a list of ten very good options that met our budget. He was present during theinspection and when we had quotes for repair work. He knows qualified plumbers, electricians, carpenters and even a fireplace guy. We will use Eric again when we sell our house and/or buy a new one. He will not drop the ball!

As an Indianapolis broker and REALTOR she has been actively engaged in residential sales as well as working with Commercial and Residential Investors. She enjoys working with her clients to help them find the perfect home and neighborhood for their family. Sarah loves helping families relocate with the smoothest transition as possible. Far past the transaction, she is committed to helping them get networked into their community and find the best schools, activities for children and local services. Her Graduate Studies in Marriage and Family Counseling have given her skills to help families navigate through an emotionally stressful transition in the smoothest way possible. While not working she loves spending time with her husband and two boys. She is passionate about providing better health in developing countries and serves as a Chair for the Rotary International Medical Missions to Guatemala. She enjoys traveling, golfing, marathon running, and playing tennis.
