Chris is an ACCA qualified accountant and heads up our SME department. He has been working in accounting with owner-managed businesses for over 15 years. He has experience dealing with limited company accounts, partnerships, and sole traders within a wide variety of different industries.
Dan has over a decade of experience in the contractor payroll sector and works closely with our agency partners to provide a stress-free payroll solution for their contractors.
Jodie Mace - Chief Compliance Officer
Jodie is responsible for testing and auditing processes to ensure we retain our FCSA Accreditation and comply with all legislations and laws both now and in the future. Having been with the business since 2013, she helps encompass our company ethos of trust, care and compliance.
John Lyon - Managing Director
John is a qualified accountant with over 25 years of experience in several sectors, including finance, logistics, recruitment, and contractor payroll, developing a wide range of solutions specifically for contractors.
Kevin heads up our Payroll team with over 20 years of experience dealing with large volumes of payments to contractors across many different sectors.
Lisa has an extensive knowledge of the contractor industry and is critical in ensuring the New Business Team is trained to provide our employees and clients with the correct information and advice going forward.
Maggie is an ACA qualified accountant with extensive experience in providing accounting, taxation and external audit services leads the team providing accounting, taxation and business support services.
Nick has a wealth of knowledge, skill, passion for marketing. In addition, his extensive background of working closely with businesses helps to communicate with our clients and employees across various sectors and platforms.
CIMA qualified, Steve has over 15 years of experience in similar roles with significant commercial experience. He is responsible for all functions within ICS Accounting.
Tom oversees the payroll of our contractors with his extensive knowledge while managing the wider team. He is also currently studying towards his degree in Payroll Management.
Tom is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 13 years of experience in the accounting sector dealing with various clients, including sole traders, partnerships and limited companies across a broad cross-section of industries.
Tommy is an ACCA affiliate dealing with our internal accounts and providing daily analysis to the Senior Management Team to aid decision-making.
