Synthotec Group are a manufacturer of precision plastic bearing cages specifically used in automotive and industrial applications. The combination of the high precision required for bearings, high volumes involved within these markets, plus the challenging environments in which these bearing are required to operate set Synthotec apart from other plastic moulders globally... By 1994 Synthotec had invested in developing a number of production processes, with the first fully automated injection moulding, product handling and robotic cell. Certainly in 1994 Synthotec can count itself as an early adopter of robotic competences within production, something it continues to expand on today.
