Daniel A. Danyo, MD is a Diplomate of the American Board of Hair Restoration Surgery, the only recognized certification for hair restoration surgery. He founded North Atlanta Hair Restoration in 2012 to provide advanced restoration techniques in a medically safe environment. Dr. Danyo has personally performed over 4 million successful hair graft excisions and placements.

Emily, our Executive Director, has been with the ABHRS since 2008. She takes great pride in her work, and her leadership skills are evident in her passion and commitment to excellence. Emily received her BA from University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and her MBA from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management in Chicago.

Monica is the newest member of the ABHRS and joined in 2020. She comes with previous experience working with the Homeowners Association Boards. She has over 25+ years of business administration experience and has great attention to detail and organization. She is always willing to learn new skills.

This committee's role is to assist the oral exam chairperson in the creation and revision of original and contemporary oral exam protocols that allow the ABHRS to assess the ability and knowledge of candidates and their safe practice of hair restoration surgery.
Peter, retired in 2022 but remains with the ABHRS as a Consultant. Peter has been with the ABHRS since its inception in 1996. His commitment to the board is evident in his dedication to attending the many board meetings, annual examinations, and ISHRS meetings over the years. Peter is a 1970 graduate of John Marshall Law School with a Juris Doctorate and has practiced law in the greater Chicago area for over 45 years. He is highly regarded by his peers for his experience and knowledge in legal and various board matters. Peter's attention to detail is extraordinary, evidenced both in the workplace and his snappy appearance.
