Glenn Rubenstein founded ADOPTER Media at the start of 2016 as an independent podcast advertising agency. Since then, he and his team have worked with startups and established brands to help plan, launch, and manage hundreds of podcast sponsorships. Glenn shares his views on the industry via Twitter and LinkedIn, as well as on ADOPTER Media's Podcast Advertising News & Analysis blog. Glenn Rubenstein began his career in 1990, as a tech journalist writing for the San Francisco Examiner. (Soon after, he started making TV and radio appearances. This is how he met TWiT founder Leo Laporte.) In 1993, Glenn was one of the original Contributors for WIRED Magazine. He went on to become an Editor at GameSpot in 1996, later followed by a Senior Editor position at CNET in 2000. Throughout his career, he has also consulted with advertising, marketing, and PR agencies on how to reach tech-savvy audiences. In 2006, Glenn worked as a writer, director, and producer on the groundbreaking YouTube video series Lonelygirl15. Among his credits is the first YouTube paid product integration of its kind, which he co-wrote for Hershey's IceBreaker Sours. Glenn Rubenstein is the founder of ADOPTER Media, a podcast advertising agency. He is also the author of "Podcast Advertising Works: How to Turn Engaged Audiences Into Loyal Customers."
