Carl Hansen

Mr. Hansen is a geologist and venture capitalist with significant public markets experience. Mr. Hansen has 30 years of experience in the exploration and mining industry and is currently the CEO of Cascada Silver Corp., a company he co-founded and took public in 2020. He is also the President of Swansea Holding Inc., a privately-held venture capital firm investing in the software technology industry and the Treasurer of both Aviation InterTec Services, which specializes in aviation maintenance software solutions, and EZStuff Software, a publisher of scientific data collection software. Prior to Cascada Silver Corp., CEO of ATEX Resources from May 2019 and June 2020. From 2009, Mr. Hansen was the co-founder and CEO of Atacama Pacific Gold Corporation until it was sold to RIO2 Limited in 2018. Mr. Hansen was the co-founder and CEO of Andina Minerals Inc. from 2004 through 2009. Prior to 2004, he held senior head office positions with TVX Gold Inc. and Kinross Gold Corporation, as well as operational positions with Inco Limited (now CVRD Inco Limited). Mr. Hansen received a Geological Technician diploma from Cambrian College in 1983 and an Honours Bachelor of Science, Geology degree from Laurentian University in 1988.

Christopher Drysdale - CEO

Mr. Drysdale is an experienced professional with international experience in the mineral and exploration industry. He currently serves as a Director on E-Tech Resources Inc. (TSX.V:REE) a rare earth elements (REE) exploration company, focused on the exploration of the Eureka REE project in Namibia. He has previously served as the Kenyan Country Manager for Stockport Exploration overseeing the operations for all aspects of its gold exploration and production activities throughout East Africa. Prior to that Mr. Drysdale worked as a Exploration Geologist for Remote Exploration Services (Pty) Ltd., a geological consulting firm based out of South Africa servicing all aspects of the mineral industry. Mr. Drysdale has a progressive and diverse background with extensive work experience in Namibia and has been involved in various mineral projects throughout Africa.

Con-lee Haid

Job Titles:

Ms.Haid is responsible for all office administrative duties pertaining to Antler Gold and all its subsidiaries. She has over 4 years of administrative experience in industries such as logistics, auditing and retail. Con-lee holds a Degree in Business Management, which she obtained from Namibia University Of Science And Technology.

Dale Verran

Mr. Verran has over 20 years of international experience in the mining and mineral exploration industry. He is a recognized business and technical leader with a proven track-record of project generation, discovery and project advancement, in both Africa and Canada. Mr. Verran currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer for Fortune Bay Corp., a TSX-V listed exploration and development company. Previous roles include Vice President, Exploration for Denison Mines Corp., Executive Technical Director for Remote Exploration Services (Pty) Ltd , and Exploration Manager for Manica Minerals Limited. Mr. Verran holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, a Bachelor of Science in Geology (Honours) from the University of Cape Town and a Master of Science in Exploration Geology from Rhodes University. Mr. Verran is a registered P.Geo (APEGS) and Professional Natural Scientist (SACNASP).

Daniel Whittaker

Mr. Whittaker has held senior positions in the mineral industry for the last 20 years. Most recently, he was a founder of GoGold Resources Inc., a mineral exploration, development and production company. Daniel held senior management positions with GoGold from January 2008 to January 2016 and also served as a director of GoGold from inception to January 2013. He founded Ucore Rare Metals Inc. in 2006 and served as an officer and director to March 2008. Mr. Whittaker holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics Degree and a Masters of Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario. He also has held the Chartered Financial Analyst designation from the CFA Institute since 1995.

Nicole Maske

Ms. Maske is an experienced Namibian capital markets executive. She co-founded Eos Capital in 2015 and led it as Managing Partner until 2022, building the business from a start-up to Namibia's biggest private equity firm with N$1.1bn (approx. C$85 million) of assets under management across 3 funds. Prior to Eos, Nicole had extensive organizational and operational improvement experience from a broad range of sectors and leading businesses, both private and state-owned, across Africa while at McKinsey and Company, Liberty Life in South Africa and Old Mutual Africa. Nicole is an MBA graduate from London Business School, holds a Bachelor of Business Science from the University of Cape Town, is a qualified Actuary with the Namibian and South African Actuarial Societies and a certified Financial Risk Manager with the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP). Ms. Maske's passion is to sustainably develop Namibia by creating jobs and empowering rural communities.

Oliver Tors

Mr. Tors is a Namibian Geologist who is qualified as a Registered Professional Natural Scientist (Pri.Sci.Nat). He graduated from Stellenbosch University with an Honours Degree in Geology and after his studies worked at the Langer Heinrich Uranium mine as a Mine and Exploration Geologist. Oliver has been working as an Exploration Geologist for numerous private and publicly listed companies over the past few years; and has been fortunate enough to have worked in Australia, Portugal, Botswana, DRC and on a variety of projects in Namibia giving him exposure to different commodities. Oliver has been involved from Greenfields exploration projects right through to Brownfields and active mine production.

Paul Sparks

Paul is an accomplished business executive and entrepreneur with more than 25 years of experience in media, finance and politics. Paul spent a decade as a leader in the broadcast and new media industry as CTVglobemedia's Executive Vice President, Corporate Affairs. He also held senior positions in public service, including with the Government of Canada as Director of Operations to Prime Minister, Jean Chretien, and as a senior aide to two Premiers of Newfoundland and Labrador; Clyde Wells and Brian Tobin. Paul Co-Founded Difference Capital Financial Inc. and currently serves on a number of private and public boards.

Rob Randall - CFO

Mr. Randall has served as a contract CFO for a number of TSXV-listed companies over the past five years and has extensive public company financial experience. In addition to Northwest, Rob also currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Metallum Resources Inc., Stockport Exploration and Canabo Medical Inc. Rob was the Corporate Controller of Etruscan Resources Inc. from 1997 to 2011 overseeing the financial operations for all aspects of its gold exploration and production activities throughout West Africa, as well as, its diamond operations in South Africa. He also served as Controller of NovaGold Resources Inc. from 1997 to 2001. Rob graduated with a Commerce Degree from St. Mary's University in Halifax and obtained his CA designation in 1987 with Coopers and Lybrand Chartered Accountants where he was appointed as a Principal in 1995. He is a member of the Institutes of Chartered Accountants of Canada and Nova Scotia.

Tolene Kruger

Ms. Kruger is a Namibian geologist passionate about mineral exploration. She completed her studies at the University of Stellenbosch, South Africa, and holds an MSc in Geology with research focus on structural controls on uriniferous alaskites in the Uranium mineral province/corridor of Namibia. Prior to joining Antler Gold in 2021, she worked as a geologist at the Geological Survey of Namibia. She has gained experience working as a project geologist in Namibia and Zambia for Rio Tinto Exploration (RTX) exploring for copper, and for Desert Lion Energy (now Lepidico) exploring for lithium (LCT) pegmatites. In her role as senior geologist at Antler Gold, Tolene does target generation focused on rare, base and precious metal projects project design, management, and implementation of field exploration programmes; results interpretation, and collaboration with external subject matter experts.
