CARRYING CHARGE

Established in 1954 as a cooperative, Brigham Park IV contains a total of 324 one-, two- and three- bedroom apartments in six different 6-story buildings. Our apartments are exclusively owner-occupied and most of our shareholders has been living here for over 30 yrs. Our Board of Directors has done a fantastic job in maintaining the requisite operations of our buildings, while preserving a sound financial foundation.
