While attending New England Law | Boston on the Justice Sandra Day O'Connor merit scholarship, Molly Case clerked at several Boston law firms working on cases involving victims of harassment, family law and divorce issues, landlord tenant problems, and criminal defense matters. She also served as a Fellow of the Center for Law and Social Responsibility. Upon graduation, Molly joined Case Law Firm, LLC and focuses on family law and divorce, real estate, and civil litigation matters.

After graduating from Albany Law School of Union University in 1982, Attorney Case began her legal career at the Los Angeles County Public Defender's Office handling criminal matters. From there, she joined a private litigation practice in the greater Los Angeles area with a focus on personal injury litigation. Upon returning to Connecticut, she worked at several firms in the greater Hartford area with a focus on trial cases ranging from divorce to personal injury. As partner at Case Law Firm, LLC, Tina focuses on family law, probate and estate planning, and civil litigation matters.
