Chesapeake Health Care is a Health Center Program grantee under 42 U.S.C. 254b, and a deemed Public Health Services employee under 42 U.S.C. 233 (g)-(n) covered by FTCA... We serve the communities of the three lower counties of the Eastern Shore of Maryland. In order to better serve our community, we are constantly expanding our services. We work closely with other organizations to help provide total health care for our patients and to help eliminate the barriers to care. Adult medicine, pediatrics, mental health, OB/GYN, and dental care are offered at our Princess Anne, MD locations. At the Salisbury, MD locations, we offer adult medicine, pediatrics, mental health, dental for children and moms-to-be, and OB/GYN. In Berlin, MD, we offer adult medicine, pediatrics, and mental health services. At our Pocomoke, MD location, we currently offer pediatric and family medicine, and mental health services.
