I am Cliona O'Connor, a Mum 4 unruly, but loveable rogues with a huge interest in health, fitness, nutrition & keeping my kids safe!... I am the book left unwritten, the kitchen left a mess, the beds unchanged and the children left run riot but I am full of aspirations, dreams and good intentions...
