Designa Properties is a property developer of high quality contemporary homes, started in 2012 in Marbella. Designa was searching for opportunities to develop high-end villas on unique locations within the Marbella district and soon focussed on the exceptional neighbourhood of Marbesa (East-Marbella). The first project was Marbesa 39, situated at Av. Cantabrica. Soon after that steadily more projects followed. From 2016 Designa enlarged their focus and professional team to expand their portfolio in Marbella and surroundings... Our team is based on equality, truth and professionalism.
