DEUTMEYER AUTO ADVANTAGE - Key Persons
Alex had six years of automotive experience before he joined Deutmeyer Auto Advantage in 2022. He grew up in Manchester, IA and currently lives in Dyersville with his wife, Ciara. He is a graduate of DMACC with a degree in Associate of Applied Science. When he's not at work, Alex spends his time drag racing, working on cars, and riding Harleys. His favorite thing about Deutmeyer Auto Advantage is the family-like atmosphere!
Cole studied Automotive Mechanics at NICC and joined our team in 2019. He lives in Dubuque with plans to move to Dyersville. In his spare time, he loves fishing, camping, and skiing. He's a true techie and loves to fix and build computers in addition to cars. What Cole appreciates most about working at Deutmeyer Auto Advantage is that it's a small business with an atmosphere and employees who keep it fun!
Kenzie started with Deutmeyer Auto Advantage in 2017. She grew up in Petersburg, IA and currently lives in Dyersville. She is a graduate of Animal Behavior College with a degree in pet grooming, Kenzie enjoys spending time with her friends and going to the river. What she loves most about work is being greeted every day by the shop dog, Neela, and being accepted and taken in as family by the staff.
Mike has owned and operated Deutmeyer Auto Advantage since 1981. He was born and raised in Dyersville where he lives with wife, Nancy. They have four awesome kids - Teri, Molly, Kelsey, and Sam - and four grandchildren that love visiting the shop! If you can't find Mike in the shop, he's out fishing, gardening or cooking. He also enjoys getting to know his extended family who are his customers and employees.
Sam's love for cars started as early as he can remember as he grew up helping his dad, Mike, at the shop. He got his degree in automotive technology and joined Deutmeyer Auto Advantage in 2014. Sam currently lives in Dyersville with his wife, Lydia. Outside of work, he enjoys boating, fishing, and playing sports. He loves helping our customers, seeing our staff being prideful in their work, and knowing everyone shares a common goal.

He grew up on a farm outside of Rickardsville, IA and currently lives in Dyersville with his wife, Ashley, and their two kids, Paisley and Dawson. He is a graduate of NICC with a degree in automotive technology. When he's not at work, T.J. spends his time hunting, hiking, camping, and riding dirtbikes. His favorite things about Deutmeyer Auto Advantage are his friendly co-workers and the challenges that come his way every day!
