Dovedale has its origins in Sydney where Roland Dallas founded Dallas Bread in 1988. Evolving into Dovedale on his Dovedale farm southwest of Nelson, New Zealand in 1996, the first Australian Dovedale bakery was established in Wodonga Victoria in August 2006. The growth of Paleo and Keto means Dovedale is againg looking at distribution opportunities in Australia...
