SHENANDOAH AT THE ARBOR

The original Shenandoah opened in the Long Beach neighborhood of Naples in 1983 with a menu inspired by Rick's Southern roots. One year later, the restaurant moved up the street to scenic Belmont Shore. It was here that Shenandoah gained acclaim for its American regional cooking, especially after winning raves from a Los Angeles Times food critic. Shenandoah became prominent on the local food scene, and it was not unusual to spy a celebrity or two enjoying apple fritters and Granny's fried chicken...
