Adam joined Graham in 2017. He has over 15+ years' experience underwriting first lien debt, mezzanine debt and equity transactions of various commercial real estate property types. Additionally, he has experience with the operations and rehabilitation work in multifamily properties. Adam's responsibilities include underwriting, market research and internal operations.

Dean became President and owner in January 2013. He has been with Graham since 2006. Dean has 40+ year tenure as a commercial loan underwriter and originator. 35+ of those years have been spent in Dallas. Dean focuses his time on new product development, investor relations and marketing activities. He remains active as a senior member of the loan committee.

Emily joined Graham in 2019 with an extensive career covering the construction, manufacturing, medical, and building management industries. She has experience as an operations manager, executive assistant, and bookkeeper. She has joined Linda West in loan closings as well as additional responsibilities including bookkeeping and administrative duties.

Jennifer Hansen began her career in multifamily before joining Graham Mortgage in 2006. As operations manager, Jennifer is dedicated to serving in the daily operations of the company, including cash management of Graham and affiliates, company accounting, and office processes, all while helping meet the needs of our investors and taking on special projects as needed. She completed her real estate license education in 2016 and began volunteering for Dallas CASA in 2017. Outside of the office, Jennifer is committed to her family, having raised two daughters and enjoys mindfully spoiling her twin granddaughters.

Joe formed GMC and affiliates in 1978. Joe is no longer active in the operations of the company, but does invest as a participant in many of the GMC loans. Joe has served on many charitable boards in Dallas including, The Ronald McDonald House of Dallas Foundation (as Chairman), as well as an Advisory Member of the Dallas Foundation. Joe is also a past member of the Camp John Marc Foundation, Allocation Committee of the Greater Dallas United Way Fund and the Metro Dallas Homeless Alliance.
Joe M. Graham founded Graham Mortgage Corp. in 1987 and remained its sole shareholder until 2013 when Dean Castelhano took the helm as president and exclusive stakeholder. While no longer involved with daily operations, Graham still actively invests in loan opportunities from his former company. Meanwhile, Castelhano serves as head loans officer and underwriter to ensure the continued success of the firm's legacy achievements started over 30 years ago.

Klaudia joined Graham Mortgage in 2021. She has an associate's degree with a focus on accounting and is actively continuing her education to earn a bachelor's degree. She has experience in administrative and medical data management and reporting. Klaudia's responsibilities include construction loan administration and special projects.

Linda is a Vice President overseeing all GMC transactions and closings. Linda is a long time real estate professional starting her career in 1971. She has an extensive background in real estate title work where she served as a manager and trainer. Linda has been with Graham since 2007 and is very familiar with each individual asset owned or managed by our company.
