IILPM - Key Persons
Aileen Leventon focuses on the relevance of project management in all practices - from litigation to regulatory to transactional - and for lawyers at all levels. She promotes attorney engagement in the management of matters in addition to providing top-tier legal services. The result is that lawyers have a better appreciation of how to delegate and supervise work at the right level, use technology tools appropriately, and collaborate with others.
Anna PM is the trade name for the sole trader business operated Anna Marra. Anna has been a pioneer in academic and private LPM training in Spain. She is a consultant and trainer in planning and management of strategic, operational and legal projects for law firms and corporate legal services departments.

Jan Roggen is the co-founder of The Legal Project, a firm bringing operations to legal through training and consulting.
He holds a Law Degree from Leuven University (Belgium) and a Master in Management, Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Queen's University (Ontario - Canada). He is a certified Legal Project Practitioner (LPP, IILPM), holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and earned certificates in Social Impact (Queen's University) and Design Sprint Facilitation (AJ&Smart).
Jan also is the founding partner of Adhemar.law, where he advises private and public clients with all aspects of environmental law and expropriation.
He works as an academic assistant at Queen's Law. Outside of his law practice, he founded a non-profit that helps youth learn important problem solving skills and build resilience through extracurricular activities. He is passionate about outdoor adventures, systems thinking, craft beer and change management.
Adjunct Professor Larry Bridgesmith is a strategist in legal project management, legal operations and legal technology. IILPM certification can be gained through the Law and Innovation program at Vanderbilt Law School. As the coordinator of the program, Larry brings thought leadership to transforming legal environments. He is also listed as one of America's Best Lawyers, among the Leading Lawyers for American Businesses and SuperLawyer, and is a member of the International Academy of Mediators and of the Dispute Resolution Section Council of the American Bar Association.

Laurent Dassonville is the co-founder of The Legal Project, a firm bringing operations to legal through training and consulting.
He holds a Law Degree from Université Libre de Bruxelles (Belgium) and a LL.M degree from Georgetown Law Centre (Washington DC, USA) and is a certified Legal Project Practitioner (LPP, IILPM).
Having spent the last 18 years both in law firms and legal departments, Laurent is uniquely qualified to connect the value of lawyers with the needs of the business. He regularly advises clients on their legal projects and helps them carrying through. Laurent is also often invited to speak about legal project management and legal operations.
Outside law, Laurent is a dedicated parent, is coaching field hockey and volunteers to run his local club.
