Angie assists attorneys with intake interviews, records management, and communications management.
Avram consults on real estate sales and property management, and represents clients as part of the Firm's subsidiary brokerage.
Debra grew up in Salt Lake City where she went to the University of Utah to obtain her bachelor's degree. She worked as a credit analyst while attending university, and then with a passion for finance she worked as a debt collection paralegal at a law firm in Utah. While there Debra gained a penchant for law and after that moved to Arizona to attend Phoenix School of Law. Before her third year of law school Debra participated in a legal study abroad program in London, England where she studied corporate tax structures and international finance transactions. It was from there that Debra decided to study tax requiring her to move to San Diego to attend the University of San Diego School of Law where she received an LLM in Taxation in addition to her traditional law degree. Debra now lives in Scottsdale where she handles debt, tax, and property cases. Outside of work her hobbies include travel, Crossfit, snowboarding, singing, and healthy living.
Debra represents small-business owners and corporate employees in tax, collections, and real estate matters.
Edith manages billing & accounting for the Firm and its subsidiary brokerage, and also assists attorneys with English/Spanish translation.
Florin is committed to fighting for clients' rights in the courtroom and in the boardroom. His areas of focus include real estate transactions & litigation, business transactions & litigation, and general civil litigation. Having fought the "immigrant in a wheelchair" stereotype for most of his life, he is committed to representing clients of diverse backgrounds. He and his team are able to address language and cultural needs of many cultures in the Valley.
Florin represents small-business owners as general counsel, and focuses on business development for the Firm and its subsidiary brokerage.
Jim represents small-business owners and corporate employees in estate planning, probate, bankruptcy, and consumer matters.
Justin represents small-business owners and corporate employees in real estate litigation, commercial litigation, and intellectual property matters.
Lucian Lungu represents small-business owners and corporate employees in State-action, personal injury, and landlord-tenant matters.
Nancy assists attorneys with document preparation, Corporation Commission filings, records management, and litigation support.
