LeadIN brings people together to learn, share, and grow their leadership. We do that by facilitating experiences within organizations and communities where people learn with and from one another, support each other's growth, and practice their leadership... In our organizational work we intentionally focus on smaller companies (20 - 200 staff) that do not typically have the structures or resources for learning and development. We make it easy and affordable for organizations to invest in their staff's growth... We create the right conditions for people and organizations to continuously learn and apply that learning to grow themselves and the organization.
