LGBTQ TA CENTER

The LGBTQ TA Center is led by the Center for Applied Research Solutions (CARS) and supported by Change Matrix LLC and Evaluation, Management, Training Associates, Inc. (EMT). CARS, Change Matrix, and EMT form a strong team of coaches, evaluators, and cultural competence experts to support the CRDP LGBTQ pilot projects throughout the life of the initiative. The California Reducing Disparities Project (CRDP) is a project of the California Department of Public Health's Office of Health Equity. Under Phase II of CRDP, up to 35 community-based organizations are funded to evaluate and scale-up their community-defined effective practices that support the mental health of African American, Asian Pacific Islander, Latino, Native American, and LBGTQ Californians.
