It was founded to provide a wide spectrum of employment services: crewing, recruitment, placement, accounting, and training on the Client's demand. Our main office is established in Klaipeda, the seaport of Lithuania, and another is located in Riga, Latvia... "RSB-Novikontas" Ltd. was founded in 1997 and is a part of the NOVIKONTAS GROUP.
