Callun Lavington

Callun works at Parkour UK in the digital lead role along with colleague Lynn Jung. Callun started parkour in 2012 after watching the famous ‘Storm Freerun - Volume One' video. From that day, Callun had found his calling. Since then, Callun has established himself as a leading figure and advocate for mental health awareness and education within parkour. Callun coaches parkour to people of all ages in Crawley, and runs Contendunt - a mental health-focused community project promoting the inclusion and discussion of mental health in lifestyle sports. Callun also works as a freelancer in digital marketing.

Dr Tracy Rea

Dr Tracy Rea's career history to date spans over varying industries. Tracy has recently finished two years as the European Head of Human Capital/People at Laing O'Rourke within construction. Previously Tracy worked as a Product Owner with the Agile Centre of Excellence within Group Transformation at Lloyds Banking Group. And the early days of her career were grounded within high performance sport, having previously been employed as Performance Director of Scottish Gymnastics in the lead up to the 2014 Glasgow: Commonwealth Games, as well as competing internationally herself. Tracy's PhD examines the concept of talent transfer within sport and this was this was the stimulus for Tracy to try and prove the hypothesis herself across industries and roles, hence the reason behind her move from sport to banking and then construction. Tracy also holds the role of non-executive director on the board of CIMSPA: Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity in the UK as well as Chair of the Disciplinary panel. Tracy is passionate about volunteering in the sport sector and felt Parkour was a unique opportunity to drive a different agenda to the traditional governing body. Indeed her 9-year-old daughter knew more about the sport before Tracy started researching it. And with Tracy having completed her Masters in Sport Psychology, the concept of overcoming a challenge mentally as well as physically, was something she found intriguing.

Frazer Meek

Based in South Wales UK, Frazer has been practising parkour for 16 years now, since Jump Britain aired. Through the years Frazer has formed several professional freerunning companies based around performance, coaching and community (Fluidity Freerun in 2005 and "Fluidity Freerun Academy" in 2016, Wales' indoor parkour centre), as well as being a former sponsored member of Urban Freeflow. With grass routes as a priority, Frazer ran a number of websites and forums as well as leading numerous classes, workshops and meetups/jams across the country. Frazer has joined the board as the Welsh Elected Director and brings his knowledge and skill base from within the community!

Jude Taylor

Jude brings with her an excellent knowledge of the UK's sporting landscape with almost 20 years of experience in management roles within the sports and charity sectors. She has held notable positions with various sports committees and is an accomplished leader and motivator of people. She specializes in sports governance, integrity, equality, diversity, and inclusion. Jude particularly enjoys facing big strategic challenges, change management, and problem-solving, utilizing her extensive network within the industry. Jude is currently supporting UK Sport in the role of Sport Advisor, leading the frontline assurance of UK Sports standards and requirements with NGBs, including in governance, diversity, and integrity. Prior to this, she was the Chief Executive Officer of an independent charity, Together Active, where she developed a strong organisational culture and achieved excellent governance standards.

Lynn Jung

In 2022 Lynn joined the Parkour UK digital team along with Callun Lavington and takes the lead in our women's engagement project. Lynn came across parkour while at university in Austria, where she studied sociology, politics, and gender studies. In 2015, her passion for the sport led her to the UK, where she established herself as one of the early leading female athletes in parkour. She has since worked as a freelance athlete, travelling the world, competing, training, and sharing her passion with people along the way.

Max Ward

Max found his passion for Parkour while living in Clermont-Ferrand France in 2012. He has since become a well-known member of the international parkour community, making every effort to join events and gatherings. Now based in the London, where he completed his film degree, Max is an active participant in the UK Parkour scene as an athlete, filmmaker and event-organiser. 

Nadine Barnard

Nadine has a First Class BSc degree in Sport Studies, along with a Post Graduate Certificate of Education (PGCE) in Physical Education. With over 25 years of experience working in sport, she has worked in various sectors including Local Authorities, Education, Active Partnerships and an NGB. Nadine has lead teams within these sectors to increase participation in sport at grass-roots level. Throughout her time of working in sport she has worked across the sporting landscape including coaching, sports development, sports events, participation and performance sport.  Nadine has always been involved in sport whether professionally or personally and spent the majority of her life in gymnastics as both a participant and as a coach. Nadine loves travelling and is always willing to try new sports and experiences and will give anything a go, particularly if it looks fun! In the past Nadine has tried parachute jumping, snowboarding, surfing, climbing, abseiling and scuba diving in various parts of the world. Nadine has previously lived in Australia and now lives in a rural Shropshire village with her husband Steve and son Alfie (3).

Parul is a senior finance professional, six sigma certified coach & mentor with 25+ years of progressive global leadership experience as an auditor, business transformation leader, coach & mentor, focusing on process, people & projects for multiple B2C & Corporate financial services businesses across India, US, and UK. Additionally, Parul is an avid sports enthusiast and has represented the district Ghaziabad (Uttar Pradesh, India) in multiple Table Tennis Tournaments in her primary and secondary school years. Parul has since been actively building a portfolio of work including: Senior Independent Director of the Board for Parkour UK Portfolio CFO (supporting start-ups to scale, sustain & be profitable) Speaker, delivering a masterclass on leadership and transformation frameworks and concepts. Volunteer with Spear - Resurgo Employment Initiative for 16-24year olds, as well as a sponsor for other charities like Refuge & WalktheWalk: Uniting against Breast Cancer. Parul lives in London with her husband Nick and her 2 daughters Anika (18yrs) and Arianna (13.5yrs). She is a keen Indian classical dancer, and travel enthusiast who enjoys constant learning and has an active lifestyle with frequent treks and London's hidden walks. She is hoping to attend her first Parkour lesson soon.

Richard Marshall

Richard is a battle-hardened entrepreneur turned digital industry analyst and consultant. Richard spotted the potential of smartphone apps very early on and founded one of the first specialist firms dedicated to mobile. After 18 years of start-ups and growth companies, he switched to producing many important thought leadership research reports and helping emerging technology companies explain what they do. He started practicing Parkour in 2018 and it immediately became an important part of his life because of the whole body exercise, the mental impact, the amazing supportive community, and because it is just so much fun. I am delighted to support the national governing body as a small recompense for the immense benefit I receive from Parkour.

Sam Bradley - CEO

Sam has spent the last two decades in senior roles supporting athletes and teams across Professional, Olympic and Paralympic sports. These have included Welsh Rugby, England Cricket, GB Hockey, British Equestrian, and the UK Sports Institute. He is also currently vice-chair of the Performance Advisory Group for Archery GB. Sam is passionate about supporting others to succeed, to grow, and to be the best they can be. He believes in the power of sport and physical activity and the positive role it can play in the health and well-being of all in society, ensuring that it is accessible to everyone. Sam was attracted to Parkour UK because of its open, democratic, inclusive approach and the potential to build a healthy, stable NGB to fulfill its mission to serve, elevate, and add value to the Parkour community. Sam holds a Masters in Sporting Directorship and is a qualified executive coach.

Scott Jackson

Scott has been practising parkour since 2006 and has been coaching in some capacity since 2008. He is the Director of Train Hard Parkour which is based in Bournemouth/Poole and is the owner of The Parkour Project: a purpose-built parkour facility. Scott also qualified as a Chiropractor in 2015 and hopes to open a specialised Specific Upper Cervical clinic in the future. Scott is excited to be part of the Workforce Subcommittee and is keen to see the positive changes that the subcommittee will have on important issues such as qualifications and CPD.

Simon Vardy

Simon first encountered Parkour UK back in October 2020 when he spent some time as a Parkour UK Development Associate, utilising his experience in his current role at the time within Sport Sheffield (The University of Sheffield) to help give insight into the Parkour community within higher education and the policies and procedures around university sport. His professional career in sport began long before this following graduating from The University of Sheffield and immediately taking up a role within the sports department there, shortly afterwards moving into a development role focussed on elite and high-performance utilising experience gained through his education, playing and coaching career having represented England and GB in multiple sports. Since then, Simon has widened his experience with roles as Head of Performance with the Sheffield Eagles RLFC and Head of Performance and S&C at Rugby League Ireland providing both performance support and education development to players and coaches and he is utilising his knowledge and experience from outside the Parkour community to help deliver new perspectives and direction within the Workforce Lead role.

Tom Redfern

Tom's parkour journey began in his first year of college when he discovered that one of the extracurricular sports on offer was parkour. After falling in love with the sport on day 1, over the next few years, he set his sights on making this hobby his life. In 2016 he established Project Z Parkour, a coaching organisation that offers parkour classes and workshops across Greater Manchester to help share his passion with the next generation of practitioners. In 2019 Tom took part in his first parkour competition and found the new dimension it brought to his training to be intoxicating. Since then, Tom has built a reputation for himself as one of the most consistent competitive parkour athletes in the North of the UK.
